Happy birthday to Fernando Gonzalez 🎉
The best forehand of all time.
Yup, for a right hander!
@@ferdinandelpedes2280 Auch ein Linkshänder hat eine Vorhand😆🤣😆🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Delpo
Verdasco is the best
For me this might be best forehand of all time. Not only had the hammer effect like del potro but also the heavy spin effect. Aint no way this man is considered weak era
Fernando gonzalez today destroy the majority of randoms
Now combine him with
Safin
Hewitt
Nalbandian
Roddick
Agassi 2.0
Davydenko
Then you'll see how absurd the "weak era" narrative is.
@@warriorson7979and you can add Ferrero, Moya, Coria, Blake, del Potro, young Murray and Djokovic and of course Prime Nadal. 2000s era definitely far from “weak”.
He was top 5 in the big 3 era, and he wom the three
In regards to his size, the forehand is the most lethal the tour has seen
muscle contributes more to forehand speed than size tho
@anseinueseima408 it is not only muscle but technique that makes the forehand fast
you have alcaraz now...same height, probably even better forehand
@@vladmoldovan5202 alcaraz's forehand is more comprehensive but the instant power delivered by Gonzalez can not be surpassed by anyone, except Del Potro
@anseinueseima408 to me delpo has equal power to gonzalez
Amazing, Chile's first ever gold medal olympian too. His rotation, skill, coordination and strength are amazing, he should have been more successful.
He's plays in the Big 3 era :c
He struggles with his bh and serve consistency during his career
I love Fernando Gonzales I wish I got to see him play, thank you for making this video ❤️
The first time i saw tennis is those last match of Gonzalez
Amazing video qlo!
This is exactly what i need it, thanks you tennis tv
I miss latin american players. Nalbandian, Rios, Gonzalez, Delpo were heck of a players. Stunning forehands, huge serves, more than adequate backhands, good fighting spirits...
Rios, the best
Nalbandian didn't have a stunning forehand.
@@elektrik_exekutioner6822 well, if you beat big 3 consecutively this means that you have stunning forehand mate
@@mustafa_sakalliHis backhand was his trademark tho. There are like 3 or 4 aspects of Nalbandian’s game I would list before his forehand as to why he was successful against the big 3
The Bomber Gonzalez
At 9:03 I was hoping for the "right in the gluteus maximus".
Has a positive H2H against Djokovic 🎉
Yup like Safin and Roddick
30 years in Tennis and coaching for 20 years , The most devastating , cleanest , brutals and clean Forehands that ever existed 😮 Just Phenomenal
LA MEJOR DERECHA DE LA HISTORIA 🇨🇱🔥🎾
High elbow on the forehand backswing... 🙌
Maestro de la pegada
De los mejores de la historia!❤
Tremendo fernando . Verte jugar hera muy entretenido .garra y corazon .
After watching this compilation it seems to me that Gonzalez's forehand wasn't particularly "huge", but it was extremely good, a blend of power, precision and versatility, like Federer's forehand
Yeah this is why Roger mentioned he thinks Gon's forehand is the best.
@@xishen8043when fed said that? :0
@@DrayNoR1 he said that in an interview.
Thats one helluva forehand. Rocket launcher
Grande Feña ❤
Insane!
07:28 un clásico del feña
i love one handed backhand player
This is like Del Potro forehands
Go homme bro
THE BEST FROM🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱🇨🇱
6:20 😮
UNA MÁQUINA
He is the only one who can make sucha strong forehand at the same time as doing full forehand movment. I know Nick kyrgious have also done some bombshot nor Del porto but if you look at their forehand movment it does not look attractive at least.
Turn off the sound before you judge the speed. My pet theory is that noisy forehands (grunt/scream from the player, yells from the audience, gasps from the commentators) are perceived as being more inpressive and therefore faster by the person watching the video.
Gonzales was the original Alcaraz....😏
un crack gonzalez
VAMOS!!! 💪🏼🇨🇱
Waiting for the Gonzales 1v1 againts mássu in Valdivia this 18 👀
Queen's Bomberman
this gonzales that cost him to be number 5 is easily eaten from the current top3 downwards 🙈
Con esa derecha todopoderosa debió ser no. 1
Le faltaba revés, eso lo condenó
Era difícil batallar contra el big 3.
eso lo condeno????
@@isabelcort6007
There was Fernando Gonzales before Andrey Rublev
Mano de piedra
Mano de piedra !!
queen bomber
Unfortunately he had the annoying habit of asking for every ball before each serve. Drove me crazy.
just like garin and bublik xd
I think Alcaraz hits forehands like him
Gonzoooo
roger federer's father
Vamo
I am eating a bagel
Please make a version of Del Potro :D
came for the Stepanek one. Dissapointed once again
Stop this
@@mrhatman675 stop wanting to see the stepanek one?
@@johanrinus yep
He came to the scene and disappeared quick just like soderling
XD
XD
Had an insane Roland Garros semi final in 2009
@@chamindujanith6337 one grand slam final in 2007 against federer in australia and triple medal in the olimpic game , this man is out of this world
@@evans5426 Yeah. But Gonzalez's career ended too abruptly. One of the most talented to not win a slam or masters 1000
I thought he had bad court manners because of the video of him hitting his opponent's body. What kind of player is he really?
He was and is a nice guy to be honest, wouldn't think of him as disrespectful
🚬🚬🚬
First to view this!
🥱
Overrated. Great FH but even Alcaraz hits huge FHs than this.
Strong forehand!!!! Grande Feña y la ctm!!!!
