Join Sarah one of the Senior Immunisation Nurses on a tour of Epsom Downs Racecourse Vaccination Centre. If you have an appointment to visit the centre this video will guide you through the process from arriving to leaving. Please do not arrive any more than 30 minutes before your appointment.

Hi welcome to Epsom Downs Racecourse my name is Sarah I'm one of your senior immunisation nurses
I'm going to show you around our Covid-19 mass vaccination center
On arrival you'll be met by one of our stewards at the gate who will ask for your booking form
They'll direct you to the parking areas. If we're really busy you might need to wait in your car to be called
Please do not arrive any more than 30 minutes before your appointment
Once you're inside the center you'll be met at our check-in station. Where they'll give you some information a leaflet
and a card all about the vaccination that you're going to receive today. From there you'll be shown
through to the waiting area
Here in the waiting area you'll be greeted by one of our team who will ask you a few simple questions
while you wait to be called through for your vaccination
Once here you'll be met by one of my colleagues who will check that you're okay to have your
vaccine today. You'll be given a little information about possible side effects
and after you've had your vaccine you'll be shown to one of these chairs to either wait
for 15 minutes if you're driving or you'll be able to leave through the doors over there
