I'm glad they Tan is doing more stuff and that Netflix is encouraging him to do so. The man is so damn funny. He has that sarcastic snarky brit humor Americans lack, so he never tries hard, he's naturally like this and it works beautifully and it's so refreshing. He's DROP DEAD GORGEOUS so he's beautiful to look at and he knows what is doing with fashion.

I also love that he's really not that pretentious; lots of "fashion experts" on shows tend to be really offputting and uppity but Tan truly is just trying to make people look and feel their best (on QE especially) and isn't about shaming people for not following trends
@@insideaudreyslibrary I agree with you. He promotes vintage, thrifty stores, and he creates the style for the person and himself, not based on trends. I'm reading his bio now and he did so much to help his fashion business work and you can really get an insight on who he is. He works his butt off in everything he does.

I think I may have glossed over the title of the episode and I spent the whole time waiting for Tan to makeover Tina as well. Obviously I absolutely adored Rachel’s makeover montage, and Tina already looks fantastic in her original outfit, but I was so excited for more

Ok, Tan, I have some quibbles about your suggestions for Rachel. Being “a woman of a certain age” and having a body like Rachel’s, (who I love and have been a fan of for 20 years now), you aren’t really addressing her structure. The LBD and the boots were my favorite, but it pulled at the shoulder/breast area which made me think it was digging into her back and underarm area, restricting her arm movement. And if you had added a belt of any color but black, it would have given her a waist.
The boots are great! But they are so high, it makes her shortness and body type look dumpier than they actually are. The vegan skirt was cute, but needed to be a bit shorter to elongate her, there was no end between the skirt and the boots. Maybe a smart shoe instead of the boots would have been better. She needs to show off them gams!
