once i get to the scam message the "press 1 to continue" message pops up, but i press one and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Thank you very much. It was mostly painless. The Wii hung for a second on the scam message when you're supposed to press 1 and my Wiimote didn't work in Priiloader, so I had to use a Gamecube controller, which worked fine for that step.

Thanks for uploading this. @2:42 you say we need to update our Wii to 4.3 via the internet, but that doesn't work anymore, as far as I can see. Pretty sure Nintendo isn't providing updates over the internet for the original Wii, in 2024😁

Once I unplugged the Wii to replugged it in, I hold down reset and power to get into setting screen however the remote for the Wii does not connect to the console to navigate the settings. Any ideas?
You have to control it through the Wii console itself, the power button is your selector and the reset button is the select button. It’s very weird but that’s how you navigate through there

To access the system menu hacks you need a wiimote, gc controller or keyboard. I just did it!
What sd card are y’all usin because I have tried everything and the letter bomb isn’t showin up
I’m using the imagemate San disk sd card. If your having troubles, make sure you look at the sd compatibility list I put in the video description and also make sure your sd card is formatted to fat 32 or it won’t work
I know this is late, but make sure your date matches the current date, otherwise it won't show up in your messages from "yesterday" if that makes sense.
They won’t work anymore with W11 they simply will not extract .

This is one of the better Homebrew tutorials in my opinion
If you can extract the files with W11, I tried to extract the files simply with 7Zip and they will not extract I tried Winrar also.
I followed everything just right, used a usb drive sandisk cruzer glide , the letter bomb wont show in wii message board , i tried other different usb drives still the same issue.
Make sure your calendar date on the Wii is today’s date and check the day before or the day after or the whole month if you still don’t see it
@@Bunnylama tried that i even checked the years too.. could it be that cuz im not living in europe and my wii is ( EUR ) and the date n time im using is out of europe?
@@Sinon1402 you need to download the Europe version of letter bomb then, it should be a available option on the top of the site

Yes the E and U is just your region E= Europe , U = US
It works on any region, if your version has a different letter than the U, just select the version with your letter

Great video and you can also use exploitable games like The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Lego Indiana Jones, Lega Batman 1, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl!!! Can you do one for the Wii U via vWii too?
