Good info! We find that bank rules change constantly, and most significant banks want to do an office site inspection for a U.S. company, but this does not mean you may find a branch manager who will set it up without that step, and perhaps not even an ITIN. Just don't assume if you fly to the U.S. to a bank, they will open the account for your LLC when you are there in person. They might open a personal account. Some banks want a utility bill for both the business address and personal signer from a U.S. source. Pro tip: If you have a contact, make sure that person is there when you fly to the U.S. It differs from the one person who can help you be on vacation and no one else in that branch can help you. Especially if you found someone with an expectation to the normal process.

Try with Chase, TD or Capital One. They're foreign friendly.

Mr. James i had an issue recently if you can assist me with, i Recently came to US to visit and same time to settle my business LLC and bank account unfortunately 3 banks (Chase, bank of america and wells) told me that in order to open a business bank account with your LLC you need to have a proof of local address in the united state that have your name on it, Unfortunately i do not have that because i am a foreigner non Resident in US.

I live in Brazil, but I want to open an account at a bank in the United States so I can protect my assets from inflation here in Brazil, but I don't know which bank to open an account with, I thought about digital banks. Currently I store it in stable coins, more specifically in USDT, but I have to rely on the fact that they actually have the reserves and I don't trust them. So I wanted a bank and I have Wize but there is no remuneration there, my idea is to save, because I don't know many investments in fixed income so I only invest in Nasdaque there.

Tell you what I see. Stress stress stressed out. Even with a manager on all three levels still not worth a heart attack. Money, for all the good it does, there's a cost. I´m a US citizen with dual citizenship (argentina) AND leaving in Brazil... when i get into the regular... larger banks... i´m required to have a US ID or DL... i havent lived in US for a while now... what are other options for an individual without going to US physically?

Hello, have you made a video on how US residents receiving cheques in Canadian dollars can deposit them without getting dinged for bank commission? For example, if the spot rate is .74 (Cdn to US$) Bank of America will add a commission of 3% therefore you receive credit at .71. Also, they will put a hold on the funds for 4 to 6 weeks. Looking for some alternatives. Thank you.

You can, but the better i thing is the have the LLC Partnership ( 2 or more owners - Example: YOU 99% and Other person 1%) and inside in Your Operate Agreement the Manager Manager and put the other person( american resident ) in how the Manager and THIS Person is in the Bank and open the Bank Account for your Business. After this do you can "desmiss" this"Manager" and the your bank account make under your control. Before do you ask "where I´ll meet this Person for make this service" Well, can to be the Your Lawyer or the Friend in the U.S.. I hope it help you.
