In His humbled state of being lower than the angels (Heb. 2:9), Jesus was cooperating with the limitations of being a man (Phil. 2:5-8). Therefore, He was in complete subjection to the Father so that He might fulfill the law and be the high priest sacrifice for our sins (Heb. 5:10).
Furthermore, Jesus did not begin His miracles until His baptism. It was at that point that the Holy Spirit came upon Him. Therefore, Jesus was performing His miracles not by His own power, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. This explains why in Matt. 12:22-32 when the Pharisees said that Jesus was casting out demons by the power of the devil, Jesus said that blasphemy on the Holy Spirit of not be forgiven. In other words, Jesus was doing His miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit and not under His own divine power which He had laid aside the rightful use of while he walked this earth doing the Father's will.
Therefore, these verses do not mean that Jesus is not divine. But it does mean that Jesus, as a man, was completely and totally in submission to the will of the Father and that Jesus would only do the will of the Father as the text clearly says.

I was 24 years old when I excepted Jesus Christ as my savior, at first I was not sure what Bible to read. I thought all bibles are the same, and when a Muslim or any other faith believer convert to Christianity are much strong faith believer than someone who grow up in a Christian family, because we are thirsty for gods and Jesus knowledge, God and Jesus do revile them self's to most of us.. As I was saying later after praying and asking God to show me what book is the right book, he showed me the verse in Revelation 22:18-19. After reading and comparing bibles, later in life I leaned that all the new published bibles beside are altered, beside KJV that is the1st English translated Bible from the original Bibles Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek language. As I said, I learned that the new published bibles are lots of verses missing out. Another such warning comes in the closing verses of the Bible. Revelation 22:18-19 says, "For I testify unto everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; And if anyone takes away from the words of this book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, and from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book." These are very stern warnings that should get our undivided attention. So please Be sure you are reading the right Holly bible, don't let the Devil still that from you. Amen !

This is a very common question, and the answer is found in understanding the Trinity and the incarnation of Jesus.
