This was a really cool video, thanks for sharing! I’ve considered shutting my patreon down in the past because I couldn’t keep up with it but like you said all the past content is a ton of value and my patrons said they were happy to support me and to leave it up-so I like that reminder that there’s people who just want to support us as authors and it’s so appreciated!

Nice. For this Author Money series, if you continue, I would like to hear about savings, budgeting, and credit cards if you have some specifically for your author business. This video was really helpful. I like how you look at it as a part-time job that keeps you in your field, rather than having to do something that takes your energy. I also liked the advice and reminders you gave that we'd have to market our Patreon and whether we want a reader focus or helping other creatives focus.
I read Chapter 1 of Project Z and liked it. I want to join your Patreon in order to read the rest and just see all the awesome stuff you offer. I hope to by next year! Thanks for sharing :)
I love your patreon content! I’m one of those subscribers that comes-goes-comes again, because there are some months where I genuinely don’t have time to take advantage of the subscription. However, I found your patreon really good! i learned a lot, got inspired and knew exactly what I was getting. I particularly love how transparent you are, and it’s easy to get inspired by learning from what you’re doing ❤
Been a long time patron - I think since the beginning 😊. I really enjoy the consistency and schedule if that makes sense ? ( theme videos - 1 self-pub , 1 vlog,etc ) . Mainly just having an idea of what type of content you will see from a patreon on a monthly basis .

This was really interesting. I don't think I'm anywhere close to being able to set up a patreon but I can never tell if it's worth doing it or not. I feel one of the big things might be to have two patreons, one for author BTS and one more geared towards reader. It's definitely given me something to think about. Thanks for this and can't wait to see more from this series.
