A "sub" filmed behind a fish tank (bad f/x), an explosion in deep water that shows up on the surface (bad continuity) and a plot whose highlight is characters sitting around waiting for a fish to swim away (bad writing). Yes, they went all out, ensuring a consistent (lack of) quality at every phase!
