    Blessings to y'all! Totally agree with you, I do the same . Remember the movie " Emojis " ? Another thing I do when I have anxiety or PTSD is picture on my mind the anxiety or PTSD taking control of my mind or better example if you're in a car, that emotions or feelings are the drivers, so I stop it telling myself I'm out of this car or telling the calm take control of the wheel or mind and always works. Knowing we have all this emotions but we are the one in control. Thanks dear Gabby your examples and experiences are truly appreciated, I learn from you always...     I needed to hear this today. Have been feeling off the rails with menopausal anxiety lately. Everything is happening around me and I am truly taken care of. Why does That feels so good to say and feel? I'm not sure but It feels so right. Thank you ❤

    Thank you so much. Reading your books daily. But feeling low energy and not feeling high vibrations now a days. Don't know what's wrong going on. Unable to get consciousness back in spite of repeated meditations.
    Please help and suggest.

    I've watched many of your videos and you come across as an unhappy person. You rarely smile and you almost alway have a flat aspect. Why is that?
