Thanks for giving the tour of this home. The flooring throughout the house was really nice. I like how the flooring was different in each room. The six panel doors were really nice. In the loft area, I like but it didn’t make sense to me to have a computer desk underneath a flat screen tv. Just felt there should had been a designated room/area for the computer. In the kitchen. I felt that the quartz table should had been longer in length. In the pantry, there should had been another row of shelves. It just looked like a lot of wasted wall space. I was surprised of how small the master room looked. It would had been nice, if there was a sitting area. Overall, the house had a lot of potential. Crown molding throughout, panel doors. A prep-kitchen and gold brass facets. High-end appliances. Loved that kitchen farm sink.

Hard to say - Vegas has different building codes but it should be less than the price in CA if they can build it
Wow KB in Irvine is outstanding! This is on the level of Toll Brothers. In California, I would have RSL come in and design the surround system while the place is being framed. They are local to SoCal and a very high end home theatre speaker manufacture. I like to see what is being modeled in other states. Outstanding vid.

Interior design seems too much. Less is more
KB homes are low quality homes. I know someone bought a KB home and the finishing were so off. There was some sort of glue on the cabinetry, the kitchen sink leaked into the cabinet underneath and the "high end" blinds from KB fell apart.
