FILM DESCRIPTION:
Worlds collide in "The Flash" when Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time in order to change the events of the past. But when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, Barry becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation, and there are no Super Heroes to turn to. That is, unless Barry can coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian... albeit not the one he's looking for. Ultimately, to save the world that he is in and return to the future that he knows, Barry's only hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough to reset the universe?

The free falling babies each having their own set of death scenario happening in slowmotion is the goofiest thing I've ever seen.

The fire from the propane tank likely wouldn't even have hurt the baby because it would have been falling through the fire too quickly
The baby’s and the knives were falling at the same speed. So the ground is more of an issue.

This scene really shows why you need to give your cgi artists time to finish their work or else you get stuff like this.
If you give the artists the time they need, you'll get Monsterverse CGI which looks amazing in every movie, just consistent.

Quicksilver's the cooler speedster, anyway; his metabolism alters his perception of time the faster he goes. The Flash is just a neurotic nerd with magic lightning powers.

That was a completely different situation with different circumstances. There’s no way you can say that the Flash didn’t handle this situation well, plus the fact that the Flash is faster than quicksilver.

I love how self-aware he is about his heroics being almost as freaky as the emergencies he solves. Also, the snack break and "ta-da" moment with the baby lineup were brilliant.
Speaking of brilliant, EPIC blend of power and brains with how he didn't just respond, but manipulated pieces of the crisis to his advantage.

It already bombed when it came out 2 months ago. And now, it’s now on Blu-Ray. Critics were decent on the film but had issues with the CGI, but the performances were great.
And I know it’s because Warner Bros. Discovery’s current CEO.

I still don't fully underestand why everyone hated this movie, this was worth my time if you ask me.

quicksilver saves everyone in apocalypse , this scene is a masterpiece and I personally think after all these years dc managed to make a cheap copy of it with this scene . Those babies look like they came out of a animated movie .

This is the scene that really highlights the terrible special effects.. While it had some great practical moments to demonstrate his abilities, the floating CGI babies were awful and distracting..😅
Guys, I'm a huge fan of American cinema; in my opinion, they are decades ahead of everyone else in terms of CGI. However, I must say, was this scene inspired by Quicksilver? Don't confuse that masterpiece with this scene made by interns; they managed to reach the "uncanny valley"

All of the above. IMHO, this was Keaton's movie and he killed it. Miller, Clooney, Affleck, Momoa, and Gadot were just filler.
I hope James Gunn helps DC to take over this decade.
And I also hope that he takes it seriously too, because I'll be damned if it has the same comedic tone of the MCU.

The soundtrack, the urgency of the situation, how it was developed and resolved, this scene really felt like a slap in the face to Flash fans... what the hell do executives have in their heads to meddle in the making of movies... or maybe this is the goal, to mess up superhero movies so that people get tired and look for 'alternative' films that require less investment but have equivalent returns...
As a new mom, this whole scene stressed me out so damn bad. I kept imagining my baby was one of these babies because we were high up in the hospital after delivery as well.
