SHEEPSHEAD Ceviche! {Catch Clean Cook} Amazing Day Of Fishing

- Finally got to get out of the house and get down to the coast to put some fresh fish in the freezer. We were after redfish and trout and happened to catch this very nice sheepshead. I have eaten them before but never before in ceviche. Our buddy Johan told us that this was his favorite way to eat sheepshead. We brought back our two limits of speckled trout a few drum and a redfish and cleaned them up. We soaked the sheepshead meat in about a cup of orange and lime juice for about an hour till all of the fish turned white all the way through. After the process of the acid cooking the meat we added ion a bunch of veggies and it was then ready to enjoy. I hope you all enjoyed this video as much as I did. I'm from Nebraska and we vacation in Florida, on an island by Apalachicola, and one year me, my dad, and my grandpa all went out on the gulf and caught like 32 SheepsHead. Another great video. One thing about ceviche is that is not recommended for pregnant women. I was not sure if your wife had any. Even though it is chemically cooked it does not kill everything. My late brother loved it and introduced me to shushi and ceviche years ago. Stay safe, stay healthy and keep living your dreams.
Try it with Valentina sauce next time. You’ll give it a 10 for sure. Also try flounder ceviche. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Looks like another great time.. hope Angel didnt eat any of that fish since she pregnant. Also make sure when ya collect eggs to use gloves and wash then off well so no poop left on them so no cross contamination of e-coli, listeria and such. There are many foods and things need to stay away from. Also wash all those limes before cutting them.
