The unofficial term in American English is "Hangry." Lol.
Hungry + Angry = "Hangry". đ
@@roadrunner5481 This... except the mice might eat the toilet paper. đ€
I would looooove to know your star signs - Christine reminds me of a scorpio!
I am 42 years old and when i started working at 19 the older men told me that you spend 8 to 9 hours with the people at work but onely a few hours a day with the lady you love and that is true
Your lifes sound better đ
As a father I can tell you, don't overthink possible personal flaws. I had a child unplanned in a difficult situation, but it's the most valuable part of my life now.
You just called your child IT
Love is when kalle sitting on the background to let his woman sitting in the front. So we can see that she is the most important person in his life. đ
That's called getting more views đ
"Sometimes all this hard work makes me feel so alive." Christine - that is a secret you have discovered, many of us middle class westerners never learn it - things that take us to our edge - also take us deeper into life. As to the tears - all good, tears are an evolutionary advantage - humans who don't cry are LESS evolved. I cry from time to time (105kg, 183cm, shaved head, long red beard ...) and I feel GOOD about that, I feel strong to be connected easily to my emotional truth. I don't cry and quit - I cry, learn something, feel a bit of 'release' and then keep going. It sounds like you do the same - that is a strong thing, be proud of it.
I think in the relationship all the childhood traumas come up or experiences as a trigger and it's a blessing to find a partner who is going to be on the healing journey with you together.
So so trueâ€thank you
Christine, your laughter is so contagious and I love it.
Large part of love is "enduring" the annoying thing. Accepting, sometimes letting go.
Love is inspite, not just because
My wife occasionally does things that annoy me (and vise versa), but if something ever happens to her and she is no longer around, oh how I would miss those things.
@@wayneblanchard đ Know the feeling
Kalle is like me. I canât move forward until we have ironed every crease.
And I love how confident and self aware Christine is. â„ïž
"what if i want to propose?" LOL christine i love that response! and then kalle is like "that's not going to happen" LOOOOOL you two are so cuuuuute! this video is bringing me so much joy today, thank you!
The two of you are so wholesome and hilarious it melts my heart đđâ€ïž I hope you can make a video talking about how the two of you met and came together, I feel like it must be such an interesting story!
Aw, you're so sweet †Yea, that video is coming later this year! đ
I'd love to hear that story, too! :)
Oh this was so heartwarming! And ps: the questions about the children NEVER stop no matter what you do. At first it's like when when when, then we had a boy and then it was like 'oh are you going to try for a girl??' then we had a second baby, and she is a girl, and since then it's been like 'so, are you done now? Are you dine now?' No, we had another... 'but now you're done right? Don't you have your hands full? Oh but you really must have your hands full, you're done now, right?' Ugh lol. Can't please people, so just do what you do and don't let them bother you â€
Well when a child comes into the world you canât really blame itâs family members for pestering their other family member about them đ
@@Saber23yes you can blame the people asking shitty questions
Thank you for being so honest - I would say one big challenge could be if kids come along and you really want your parents nearby - especially the mum needing her parents.
Christine, I totally understand your frustration about the children question. Even if you do want kids, there is so much pressure on women to start a family and do it as soon as possible, and it can be really overwhelming and make you feel like you lose value as an individual person. I'm 35 and just a few weeks away from having my first baby, and I have been asked those questions for years and years. When I got married, the first thing people asked was "when are you having kids?" And even when we decided to have a baby, we struggled with infertility for three years before we got pregnant, and that question really hurt because I didn't know the answer. I really wish people would just stop asking at all. If it happens, it happens, and if you decide you don't want kids, that's fine too! It's nobody's business but yours and Kalle's.
It's brutal. I don't think people understand how rude and hurtful it can be. Specially if you are dealing with infertility problems. They just add unnecessary pressure. And if your choice is just not having children... it's even more brutal.
@SĂ€ker tagning have heard of infertility? .... Distracted? Trolling?
@SĂ€ker tagning yes. It's very hard and you don't necessarily have to tell everyone that asks your medical troubles, so people should have discernment and stop with the questioning. If someone choses not to have children should be respected too. Only they know their reasons. We are not on this world to judge eachother. I sure know a lot of people that had children and have zero patience, that provide food and a roof but lack on the emotional side. We live in a very selfish society and more than ever the meaning of family is disintegrating and being attacked and people are none the wiser.
A new life is a miracle.
I love hearing Christine laughing!
We have a cabin in the woods in the UP Michigan we are going to be living there full time in the next month- but talking about mice- we put peppermint oil everywhere- clean with it- and put it on cotton balls and put in all the drawers and it has helped and smells amazing..
Funny logbook entries from airplanes and how maintainance reacted: Problem: _Mouse on board._ Written solution suggested by mechanics: _Install. Cat._
(I think in reality the mouse was removed and quickly. Not only would it freak out the passengers, a rodent could be a hazard. If it gets to the innards of the plane and eats at cables. There is a backup for everyting that is crucial ... but in reality sometimes unexpected things coincide.
Maybe you could get a local cat - that might be trained by the mother not to stray or it will be eaten by wildlife.
You two are so lovely, love her energy and laugh. I was smiling the whole time watching this. Good vibes đ
you guys, are really good people. Looking healthy, sparkling eyes.. and Kalle, you are manly but also a sweet guy in one body, love that kind of guys .Wish you all the luck!

I didn't know I needed this Q&A but wow! I love the answers! You and Christine are lovely together.
Also I know that feeling of 'can we change the topic?' when someone asks my boyfriend and me when are we getting married, when are we having children? 'Can we change the topic? I don't have to explain myself to you' You know? We've been together for eleven years - coming next month Sept 17th. So yes, just be happy, enjoy each other and your beautiful home. When you both are ready you'll know. I look forward to new Q&As in the future and the ebooks. Thank you for sharing and keep on smiling! đ †â€
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings... very generous of you bothđ
So nice Kalle and Christine! Thanks for this beautiful time with you chatting about interesting topics!
Love Nathaniel Drew! Toilet Paper...you just need a big stick or rod so you can stack about 6 rolls at a time...or a big beautiful basket..protected from any critters...thanks for sharing!
it's so beautiful to see how well you fit together. I didn't ask any questions, but it was fun to see what others asked and to hear your answers
What a treat it was to watch and listen to you guys... Wow... what a lovely chemistry you have. Very refreshing and so natural. Thank you for sharing!
Your hair looks great, Christine!!! đ„°đ„°đ„° You guys are so sweet!!! Thank you for being real and sharing so much! đđđđ
This was a great watch, thanks! As a British guy living in Sweden, itâs always nice to hear perspectives like these. Particularly your thoughts on the âchildrenâ topic, as weâre a young family about to grow by one more.
I can relate to so many things you mentioned.
Inspiring video, thank you so much for opening up!
I love seeing how you two are in each other's company. :)
Really refreshing that your sharing so openly about what you find annoying about each other and arguements. Absolutely agree with talking it out. If you never argue, it might mean one of you is bottling up or being a door mat. Neither is healthy. You grow together
My sister did not have her first child till 39, 2nd at 42, itâs your life, you will know when your time is right đ
Just started watching your series, awesome content, visuals and editing. Enjoying your messages also. I will add that I also live by the idea treat people how you would be treated, and tell me what you need and ask for what you want. Looking forward to catch8ng up on your stories. Congrats and all the best. Cheers Michael
So nice to meet both of you! Thanks for sharing all of this! For your mice issue, you should get a cat. When you have a cat, mice won't even go near the house because they will smell the cat. I've had a cat for years now and my fiance and I never have issues with mice in our home. Sending you both all the best!
I love the way you are speaking your issues out loud with each other. I really do believe that is one of the key elements of well-working relationships. Good video guys, thanks for sharing đđ
Thank you so much for your authenticity ! It's a pleasure to hear and see both of you !

Christine, I totally understand your frustration about the children question and this is certainly a private thing between you and Kalle. I just love watching the videos you guys make about how you live in the cabin and surroundings. Just live your own life and there are things that are just private and that is no one else's business. Have a lovely day.
This episode keep me smiling! I can see how kalle love and respect kristine. on d other hand, i can see kalle being Kristine's constant and rock. Keep on loving!
Children are a gift and the two of you will embrace the changes this brings to your busy lives. Christine wanting a clean & neat home environment is the only way to function. I could never live in a messy chaotic home. I loved your honesty in this video.
Thank you Christine for speaking about periods in the winter without running water - I've wondered that question for many years! I still have unanswered questions, but I expect I'll have to trial and error it myself due to it being an awkward conversation. Thank you for sharing some thoughts about it!
All the love to you guys
Thank you Max â€đȘ
I loved this. you are both so natural and honest its lovely to get to know you both and it makes your wonderful videos even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for what you both do for us, my husband and I are catching up with all your videos starting at the beginnging. its May 23 so we've got lots more to look forward to.
I had my first kid when I was 36 and my second at 38 and I donât regret it. Live your lifeâs to fullest first as a couple. You guys are a wonderful pair. Thank you for sharing a little bit of your personal life. Be safe!đđ€đŒđ»đȘ
you guys are absolutely AMAZING together, talk about a perfect match, really feels like it and her laugh is so contagious, Kalle make he laugh more and more... I can only imagine the beautiful family you will have and I can't wait what the future holds for you both !!!!!
I am so glad this was a longer video, because before I knew it, it was over! I saw so many similarities in you two that I see in myself and my boyfriend. I completely understand the cramped living situation - he and I used to live in a tiny shed together with a cat! I'm so glad to be part of your journeys and I'm excited to see what the future holds đ
Well saidđđ
What a wonderful and honest video! Thank you so much for sharing all your thoughts and feelings. It is so nice to watch this.
Keep staying the way you are. lMuch peace and love to both of you. â€ïž
I'm so happy you liked it Tanja đ Thank you!
this is such a beautiful video. thank you so, soooo much. i hope you make more videos like this in the future and i'm looking forward to the video you make about the two of you meeting and falling in love! â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
This was a fun video. It gave a lot of good perspective. And, I so resonate with Christine about having a clean house. I also feel "messy" inside when my surroundings are out of order and I feel much more calm and inspired when my home is clean and minimal. Thank you both for sharing! :)
Happy you liked it đâ€ïž
This was a very enjoyable video ! Thanks for sharing your life with us !
Christina, you have the most amazing beautiful skin!!!! I saw this video earlier and now coming back to comment after watching the video on âShe had no ideaâ video where Kalle mentioned your skin also reflecting your stress and needing healing. Your gorgeous skin was the first thing I noticed in this video and your skin is GLOWING with health! God bless!!
Thank you both for talking so honestly.
You are both awesome. It is so refreshing to watch and listen to you. This is wonderful really. I have very recently found your channel but I am already following your journey with huge interest and caring. I am an older lady that like you both have been dreaming of escaping since I was very young. I was born and lived for my first 4 years in a very isolated country area. But have searched for many years for an opportunity like you have built for yourselves. I wish you all success. You are bringing joy by extension to myself and maybe many others who have had these dreams. Thank you for sharing your efforts and lessons. Xx
Thank you for sharing of yourselves so sincerely. These were very practical topics. You are both very funny and certainly seem to complete each other. Whether you get married or not, or have children or not, or whatever or whatever not, I wish you both many more happy years shared together..
the question of also having kids is the physical and emotional impact it would have on the mother.... i totally understand your reservations christine and i respect how you feel and whatever path you take, whether it's being child-free or being a mother â€ïž i love how thoughtful you are. keep being you â€ïž
Itâs not âchild-freeâ itâs CHILDLESS stop trying to change the English language to spare peopleâs feelings
Also Iâm pretty sure thereâs going to be physical pain regardless I mean youâd literally push another person out of you
Aww, I love your fur babies. Such beautiful faces. Beautiful family!! Thank you for sharin.
Thanks for sharing with us. Have to say you guys came across as brave and confident. Love it. Also thanks for inspiration you put forth to seek ones own path to find a more "happier" life. Keep up the good work and looking forward to the podcast Kalle.
Thank you for saying that â€
@@KalleFlodin You're welcome. :-)
I have been struggling for many years now with deep depression, but have got more help with it this summer from my family, and also through channels like yours, Leena Henningsen and Jonna Jinton I found words, new views on life and strengths I've need for a long time. Also found my way back to my love and passion in life which is photography that for the last 2,5 years have been lost for me. And through that I will try to launch my own CZcams channel during the months to come so I can share my journey (both personal and through the nature of Norway) and knowledge on the field of photography with others, as well as maybe inspire some.
SSSSSoooooooo honest you two.Just love it.Watched your video smiling all the way.Merci from Québec.

You are such a lovely couple. Thank you for sharing your life. All the best to you.
CZcams suggested your channel. Iâm so happy it did. Yâall are adorable. Love your content.
AWW What a sweet video, I can relate to pretty much all of it! So interesting too, how the past can be so hard to shake, and how as humans, no matter where we are geographically, we struggle with very similar things and need very similar things. Anyway, made me feel like having a coffee with you guys and chat about life! đ„°đ
I found your channel and I have to say that I have enjoyed watching some of your videos. I also subscribed to it! I'm looking forward to seeing your journey. God Bless you both!!
So interesting to hear how you solve those everyday worries and how you have put your life puzzle together.

Iâm distracted too Christine! I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. It can be challenging in relationships. You guys are adorable. Wish you both all the best!! â€
Christine is so lovely!!! I love her spirit.. For both of you, your English is wonderful! The only other language that I learned to some degree, was German. I had to learn because I was living in Germany which made it easier because I had to learn because that many people didnât speck English. I love the interaction between the two of you.
I think we dislike in others what we most dislike in ourselves. I think it is wonderful that you sit down and communicate with each other, this is the most important thing in a relationship other than love. Take care and God bless!

Being snowed in here in the California Sierras 13.6" (34.5 cm) of new snow today Tuesday have been watching all your videos. We love living off grid (solar, wood stove) and the stillness the snow creates,
Had to smile when you were talking about things that annoy each of you, because as a widow, I can tell you, I miss those little annoying things so much.
As for whether someone will have children, I never ask, simply because so many couples have a hard time conceiving or have miscarried, had a stillbirth etc that its to personal of a question for me to ever ask.
I just love watching the two of you in your video, greetings from Australia đđŠđșâ€ïž
