Just used it fully with a simple phone timer, 40s work, 20s rest (and watch in 4s the next exercise). Tough but great combo and sequence that allows for most muscle groups to work without being too hard to prevent completing the serie. Good stuff to incorporate in the weekly routine

Hello, I am just beginning to exercise and was wondering if there is an alternative exercise for the Truck Driver I only have a 25 lb plate and resistance bands and the 25 lb weight seems too heavy. Are there exercises that target the same muscles as the Truck Dri?
What weight are those bigger plates? They look the same size as the 20kg plates at my gym but those pinch-grip press moves (02:09) make me think they're waaaay lighter!
although they look like 20kg (near equivalent are 45 lb plates) but what he is using those are probably 10-15 lb plates he is using (same diameter but different widths).
