Hashtag United are a one-of-a-kind football and esports club, based in Essex, England. Formed in 2016 by Spencer Owen as a group of mates playing exhibition games, we now play in the 7th tier of English football, the Isthmian League North. We won our league in our first season in non-league football and were looking good for a second promotion when the 2019/20 season was voided, but after the 2020/21 season went the same way with us top of the Essex Senior League, we were eventually awarded promotion based on PPG over the two part seasons. In 2023 we won the Isthmian League North and will now play in the Isthmian Premier!
We merged with AFC Basildon Women in summer 2020 and formed our women's team, Hashtag United FC Women, who play in the 3rd tier of women's football, the FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division, after they also won their league in 2023. We also now have 40+ youth teams, reserve and development teams, an inclusive team and a walking football team...plus our esports team who play FIFA at the world's highest level. CMON TENIOLA FINALLY. Huge goal from him and hopefully he'll now get the form back that he had last season. Annoying that we lost 2 points just because of the only bad defensive moment in the first half. Scoring was lacking until that beautiful header by Teniola. CMON TAGS

I did like the way we played, but we really just shut off for their goal, why does it always feel like the opposition always score with their first real chance. Liking the look of Camilo good ball control. Defintely feel like we could have gotten the 3 points here though. Also a funny note, used to go to school with one of them players, interesting to see him at Whitehawk. Up the Tags! #💛💙

What an entertaining match. Looking forward to getting back to form where we play a full game turned on. A couple recent mental mistakes have really let us down in our results, but with consistency, I the tags will find themselves promoted come the end of season. Be Encouraged!!!!

It's like watching Chelsea right now, all the possession but absolutely no result. How can we be taking so many poor shots, then come up against teams that consistently score 50% of their chances? Every shot today was either way off target or just straight at the keeper with stuff all power, really disappointing to watch each week when the boys are clearly a lot better than this.
Exactly my thoughts, how can you have so many chances and possession just to pass it to their keeper every time. Has been almost every game so far aswell, i miss jermaine and toby they knew how to find the back of the net

AT deserves a start now and I thought that Camilo looked really good although his lack of defensive pressure is to blame for the conceded goal in my opinion. Seems like we’re always conceding to the oppositions first chance. Either way looked better today just need to improve in front of goal. UP THE TAGS

I dont think alfie works well as lone striker. Just not mobile enough. Esp on the bigger pitches. Dont get me wrong great player . Would be fantastic in a old school 442. Pk dont look full fit. Nathan smith gets done alot too easily. Lovely cross though. Still need to find some form and a set choice for the wide forwards posistions. Has it been the same 2 any 2 games in a row this season yet?i think can get a respectable high mid middle finish though.up the tags

In this match, Hashtag had a problem taking proper shots in the first half they had at least 4-5 good chances. Almost every time they shot it was weak into the goalie's hands. These shots didn't even end up in corner kick which could have been at least 2-3 Corners. if the guys get clinical easily top 5 teams.

That field was a joke. That shit looked extremely long and wide and am I the only one that had trouble seeing anything? Not sure if was just bad angles of the camera. But that field looked extremely wide as well. Confused me which way you were supposed to attack.

teams lost its identity it looks to me. Perhaps its smart from Devs tho, just make the team GENERALLY more difficult to beat, therefore sacrificing the free-flowing attacking moves. Suppose all that matters is we're in this league next season. COYT
