Ingenuity of developing countries is amazing. I have lived in 18 countries, many of them developing. It’s interesting what we THINK we need to live and be happy. Live in some of these countries for a while. You will be enlightened.
I do live here, have for 7 years. They are becoming Western rather quickly. However, the Khmer people that don't have a lot of means are incredibly resilient and resourceful.
Far more impressive to me than a new BMW or Mercedes.
This is what the Creative industry is all about,it's a major sense of achievement and patriotism
Can we take a second and admire that women deadlifting what looks like an easy 225, every time !
❤my country Cambodia🇰🇭
When you yourself are poor living in a poor country, you make do with what you have. I admire their ingenuity to get around, ship goods and people, and hopefully make a little money. 😊😊😊
The engine slides forward or back to release or increase tension on the belt.
"HONGDA" Powered ;-)
Who else has noticed the hardworking nature of the lady with black trousers
not so hard. just some minutes to change directions.
Gotta love the “Hongda ” engine
Great. Hats off to Cambodians.
Good
I Got Much Respect For Them 🫡
Love this
on the lighter side -
Teacher: "why are you late?"
Me: "engine belt broke"
Teacher: "on your car?"
Me: "no. the train"
This is very interesting and very creative
What is the old expression? Necessity is the Mother of Invention
We also have this in the Phillipines..
Amazing
By switching passengers, they can continue forward.😄😄😄
3:46 It briefly showed the brakes as just bamboo being pressed against the wheels
We enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing it to the world 🥰
If this happens from the part of the world I come from 🇳🇬 , I can bet it with you that just a Kilometer journey will take you 2 good days on the rail ( because you will keep on disassembling those bamboos every 20 Metres ) only the genius will understand.
Be patriotic ,everyone here talks well about their Nation ,you can do thesame
@@osahonwilly5151 What has Patriotism got to do with bitter truth ?? I haven't said anything wrong .
As far as I know, the original railway track is now used for trains. They built a smaller track for tourists (bamboo train) nearby.
Look fun to ride on when not in a rush. How is the braking system? I can only guess the operator press on something with a foot.
In the Philippines we call it trolley.
Those tracks look well maintained, not abandoned
I Saw This 1 Awready
so proud of you
At first glance it looks like Cambodia, but in reality it's Florida, as the african natives prove.
How do they break?
How long is the track please?
Ecological progressivism on the move.
It's simple and it works.
What else would one need?
I grew up using a starter rope, but haven’t thought of those in years
Very resourceful as one would expect from the locals in SE Asia. 0 to 60 times? Brake system? Gear-heads want to know... 🏎
3:46 It briefly showed the brakes as just bamboo being pressed against the wheels

It's not an abandoned railway track

Your feet.
