As a native Floridian I remember life before viera
How was it?
It was an affordable place to live. Then the housing boom started and everything went sideways. Brevard county is a long narrow place commuting became inhospitable. It's why I left.never looked back either

Viera Avenues is being renovated. They're changing out some of the retail there.

If you have pull can you get them to bring in the following: Trader Joe's, Torchy's Tacos, Viva Chicken, Maple Street Biscuit Company, Season's 52, Mod Pizza, and more alike. No more Culvers, McDonalds, Burger Kings, Winn Dixies, Storage Center's, CVS's, Ace Hardware's and the like.

There are! Wyndham and Adelaide. Baytree, but that’s technically Suntree.

Duda the dutch family. Best part is alot of their land has rules that is has to stay a certain percentage untouched land. So pick the right part and its feels like you are living in a forest with city amenities. ...i think all that golfcart friendly stuff is on the west side of 95. Keep them over there! lol and yes...everyone should be a brevard zoo member!!!!!

@0:32: I've never seen anyone claim that Viera extends all the way east to the Indian River. 🙄
Viera or record is good for certain people: the rich old retired, families, engineers, regular college graduates in medical law dental businesses etc, but for entrepreneurship and dating hell to the no, stay away. oh and Brevard is still racist
Sorry but viera sucks. All the houses and roads look the same and it's full of chain restaurants super generic
