- Wings and fries ( my way ) with a side of taboule and ranch sauce ♥️🔥

Recipe:
For the chicken wings :
4 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to your taste .
For the chicken wings sauce :
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 stick good quality butter
3 tablespoon pepper paste
1 full head minced garlic
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon allspice
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh Lemon juice from 1 lemon
2 cups water
Salt to your taste .
For the taboule:
5 cups chopped Italian parsley
2 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 cups chopped green onions or white onions
1/2 cup bulgur ( soak the bulgur in 1 cup of hot water) adjust the bulgur if you’d like , add less or more bulgur
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon salt.
For the potatoes:
4 pounds Brown potatoes
10 cups vegetable oil.
For the ranch sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
4-5 minced garlic
Salt pepper to your taste.
Directions:
1- in a large bowl, add chicken wings, white vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, salt, mix, cover with a plastic wrap, set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2- prepare the chicken wing sauce , In a saucepan add olive oil, butter , minced garlic sautéed for 2-3 minutes then add pepper paste, smoked paprika, Aleppo pepper, coriander, allspice, cumin , onion powder, black pepper, water, lemon juice, salt, mix and bring to a boil, then turn the heat off and set aside.
3- start grilling the chicken wings, I like my chicken wings well done so I grill the chicken wings 15 minutes on each side and made sure they are fully cooked.
5- in a large bowl add the cooked chicken wings, pour the sauce on top , mix well and set aside.
6- In a small bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic, lemon juice, Italian parsley, paprika, black pepper, salt.
7- prepare the taboule: soak the bulgur in hot water for 10 minutes, start finely chopping the Italian parsley, tomatoes, onions. In a large bowl add all the chopped vegetables, bulgur, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and mix well ( adjust seasoning if you’d like ).
8-peel the potatoes and wash them , cut a bit from the top part and core the potatoes with a spoon to make a hole, pat dry them with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt , deep fry them on high heat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, once fried, place the potatoes on a paper towel.
9-now the best part, add taboule inside the fried potatoes and enjoy it with chicken wings and side of ranch sauce ♥️
