I would like to see how a trucker could modify this to work in the truck. Perhaps if we are unable to modify this if you have a trucker training plan that would be great as well!
    Thanks for your work Doc.

What strength bands should I use for this workout? I am new to resistance band training, and just bought a set that offers strengths from 20lbs to 60lbs resistance. Thanks.

Hey Sean, thanks for writing in! Give it a try with the 20s or 30s first to see how you feel. You can always increase if need be and the constant tension can provide a nice burn!

What resistance bands do you recommend for this?

Hey thanks for writing in and great question! So many bands are similar these days that we recommend those that come in a variety pack so you can stay flexible with the routines. That and choosing a product that has interchangeable carabiners as well. Best of luck!

HELP..... I broke both arms in a car accident. How do I try and minimize muscle loss while I heal? I'm 46, 6'2", 210 lbs and probably 12-15% body fat now.

Hey Jeff, thanks for writing in and I'm sorry to hear about the broken arms! Staying on top of your protein intake is essential at this time, we this helps prevent muscle breakdown. Also, focusing on lower-body resistance work is also helpful so something like plyometrics or tempo squats/lunges can help really crank up the intensity without having to hold external weight. Best of luck brother!
