The real most dangerous finisher is the Burning Hammer, you should react to it.
Wrestling move safety is not determined by how much a move generally hurts, but how likely it is to majorly injure someone. Chokeslam, for example, is going to hurt more than most because you're being thrown down from high, but its pretty unlikely you'll get majorly injured by it, hence it being lower down on the list. Stuff like the Styles Clash and Piledriver have a very real chance of breaking someone's neck with a slight mistake, hence them being higher.
Truth. The chokeslam gives you a lot of control over your own landing, so you can come down flat or a little high on your shoulders. Even if the person giving it thrusts you down too hard, you can still kick your legs out for a flat landing.
Correct
That's why guys like AJ can do the Styles clash. He is known as a very safe worker who is very trusted.
What are you talking about, he was literally banned from using the Styles Clash in WWE because he broke two dudes' necks. He hurt like nine guys with it.
@@everyonelovesmajimaall their own faults because wrestlers are taught from the get to tuck their chin and with the styles clash you aren’t supposed to do that you have to look backward it’s why even bully ray said he’d never take it but he wanted to but he couldn’t ever do it right because tucking your chin is like second nature
The part about the Styles Clash is incredibly accurate. Tucking your chin during a bump is one of the first things you're taught as a wrestler, so you have to ignore years of muscle memory to take the Clash properly.
The list is pretty accurate, you’re equating impact with danger and the two don’t necessarily go hand-in-hand
Considering logan has only had a couple of matches his match against reigns was pretty lit, and considering he basically blew his knee up about half way through the match and continued was pretty sick tbh, dude can wrestle
The RKO looks mostly dangerous due to the way that the opponents sell the move (the way they take the move to show that the move hurt them)
Most of these were pretty accurately ranked. The spear is actually pretty safe in wrestling because of how its executed - if you watch Edge, Lashley etc, you'll see they don't actually plow into their opponent.
The widely accepted most dangerous wrestling move is the Burning Hammer by Kenta Kobashi - he only used it seven times and it basically involves dropping someone on their head. Worth checking out.
Only one time was it used in WWE, and it was in the CWC with Brian Kendrick on Kota Ibushi.
@@stevonwhite8933 that’s not quite true. Tyler Reks used it as a finisher somewhere around 2010. (ofc a safer version where he dropped his enemy’s on the stomach and not on the head)
@@stevonwhite8933 and Ibushi kicked out of it because I believe his neck is just a very realistic looking hologram.
See also: Ibushi vs Yoshihiko (yes, the blow up doll match), where he takes multiple Canadian destroyers.
@@hakipower1523 Than that really isn’t a Burning hammer. It’s meant to be a FINAL BOSS move. Landing on anywhere but the neck, is opposite of what was intended.
@@typeoddnamehere2362 Ibushi’s neck was made out of steel, until recently.
During the first elimination chamber match. Rob Van Dam hit a frog splash on Triple H however Robs shin hit Triple H's throat which almost killed him.
This is a mostly accurate list with a few exceptions it is commonly understood that the 3 most dangers moves to preform in order are 3. The brain buster in a very select few variants only though 2. The Canadian Destroyer due to the high impact of the move the velocity at which the head and neck will be bounced around on the canvas and while the move is being performed as well and the fact that both the individual giving it and receiving it, must both be on the absolute same page no exceptions or risk catastrophic injury. And of course 1. Is undoubtedly the burning Hammer because it’s almost banned everywhere by almost ever promotion and for good reason and that is because even if both wrestlers preforming said maneuver are 100% on the same page death is still a factor and is just a defining part of the equation of the reason YOU DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ATTEMPT THIS MOVE…. EVER !!! if further proof is needed just look up wrestlers performing this move as well as those taking it… and I promise you will understand if you are unaware of how and why it is sooo unbelievably fucking dangerous.
You need to see the Steiner Screwdriver, Scott Steiner's version of the Piledriver. It's SCARY to watch! Despite that, though, he somehow never injured anyone with it, even though that looks.....impossible.
The Burning Hammer and the Kinniku Buster are pretty dangerous.
Having family in the WWE I can tell you the injuries are very real. They practice the match and run through them before they go on air to help prevent injuries. They have to trust each other alot to put on a good show.
Are you actually related to Edge?
@@michaeldavis5901 First thing I wondered seeing the last name
@@michaeldavis5901 yes I am.
@@randycopeland5436 wow that’s cool
You aren't related to edge, there's no mention of you anywhere... 🤣
Someone took a tombstone from the 2nd turnbuckle in AEW a few weeks back... that looked properly fucked... ofc they were very careful with the execution. Kinda missing from this list are 'The (Curb)stomp', 'The Coup de Grace'/Top rope double stomp, 'The Muscle (Kinniku) Buster', 'The Burning Hammer' and some others... JBL's 'Clothesline From Hell' / 'The Burning Lariat' is also pretty fucked.
Think 'The Burning Hammer' and 'The Vertebreaker', which appeared in this list, are popular picks for the most dangerous finishers in mainstream wrestling. There's some next level insane shit in various indies that boggles the mind though!
5:26 😂😂😂😂
"i don't care about the bush" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
As someone that is not that much into wwe, I have understand it as the more risk of serious injury, the higher on this list. I have heard of the nr 1. It is so easy to do wrong and break someones neck.
As I've understood it, you need to secure the others head between your knees so it never hits the floor. Therfor, jumping gives you more time to secure the head, while just dropping gives you less time.
Can someone confirm, deny, add more info if needed?
As an underground wrestler I can say alot of these are pretty accurate. A couple were probably misplaced, but as long as you know what you are doing they are not too bad of moves
The Walls Of Jericho is just a Boston Crab (a relatively tame submission hold). The Lion Tamer (what Chris Jericho used in WCW when he was in the cruiserweight division) is pretty tame when you use it against someone your own height (as he did in WCW), but you could snap a taller person in half with it because of how much further you need to bend their legs. Since he started wrestling against significantly taller opponents in WWE, he modified it.
Jumping Tombstone Piledriver from WM26 is so iconic and great finish of a match.
But notice HBK’s head was above the knee, despite the jump. 2 of the absolute best in the game. A real lesson those final matches were. 🤙🤓
Hey Adam, some dangerous-looking moves I know; 054 splash, REVERSE CHOKESLAM, and Walter/Gunter’s CHOPS!
Love the video. How about some of the most hardest hits in the CFL
What's crazy is Kane never injured anyone through his career from what I've herd
Not any major injuries but he has busted and broken some noses with his throat thrust. He was always pretty safe for the most part.
I'd say one to check out is the burning hammer since it is a reverse death valley driver so you spike them on the head and one that was left off was the kimura I'm surprised it's not on there as that can cause damage
Check out the burning hammer finisher. Banned in WWE as well. Basically they put them in a fireman’s carry but stomach up on their shoulders and drop them on their heade
You might want to take a look at the Rikishi Driver from Rikishi Fatu! DEVASTATING!!!!
Yes, Agree 100%, as a wreslting fan my self I can tell you that just because a move doesn't look dangerous doesn't mean it isn't dangerous
Frog splash is actually very a dangerous move because there is TNA and WWE star who did used the move and broke his ripcage but he is okay. Now and i think that injury force him to retire.
Glad you got another sponsor brother. Keep it going!
16:51 😢 in the arms of an angel fly away 😂
13:30 -that's undoubtedly why he made the decisions he did.
Watch your videos everyday man my favorite CZcamsr
Man pops off for the chokeslam where you get maybe 8 or 9 feet in the air(at most) but not for the frog splash where you jump higher.
The PTO, the Paige Tap Out, is pretty painful too as your getting bent backwards while your arms are hooked.
The real most dangerous finisher is the Burning Hammer, you should react to it.
Adam for months now you've been keeping me going thriugh a tough time, please take care of yourself and keep being awesome every single day, we love you
Aw man, I hope all is okay, I appreciate you!
Hey Adam, I've been watching your videos for quite some time & honestly I have a different style video I think you need to react to.
The Vancouver Canucks game 7 against Chicago 2011. The year Vancouver went to the cup. That game in my opinion & many many others is one of if not the greatest game 7 played in any arena, The energy rogers Arena (Vancouver) has during the playoffs is one of the best & it really showed in 2011. That game had more huge hits then you see in a year now basically.
The good video is by "CanucksHD", Just search "Vancouver vs Chicago 2011 CanucksHD" the Blackhawks won 3 previous series against Vancouver all round 1 in a row before 2011. This was the Canucks revenge year on them & the Canucks almost blew the 3-0 series lead too!
All newer moves. Left out the swinging full Nelson, the flying hammer lock, and Indian death lock. Not to mention northern lights, tiger, and dragon suplex.
Black Mass is pretty dangerous. A spinning wheel kick to the ear of an opponent? Yeah, if they timing is off even a little bit, that's at least a knock out (see also: Edson Barboza vs Terry Etim in the UFC), if not basically a decapitation
Dope set up
Well, actually, if you watch their match at Wrestlemania XIV, Kane's neck goes sideways for one Tombstone and he gets spiked on his head for another by The Undertaker.
"Wrestling move safety is not determined by how much a move generally hurts, but how likely it is to majorly injure someone" This.
Taker jumped at the end because HBK slapped him in the face (it was the final moments of the Streak vs Career match at WM26…Taker felt remorse for Shawn because he didn’t want to end it…until Shawn slapped him to piss him off)
I love you so much Adam 💗 you're right ✅️ some of these on the safe side should be on the dangerous side and vice versa 😲 xoxo stay well 😘
To add insult to injury on the diving headbutt, the creator of the move Harley Race, wishes to this very day he never created the move. Seeing all the spinal/brain trauma injuries that have come from the move.
And obviously, you know…
This was fire I kinda miss Santino Marella lol
The most dangerous move is probably the burning hammer it has only been used a handful of times and when you see it in wwe it's modified
No mention of the Canadian destroyer? That move made me sick when I first saw it
Wrestling Is Staged But Every Move Hurts From A Little To A Lot. Even A Suplex Will Sting
The Steiner Screwdriver has to be one of the most dangerous.
I feel like the word “safe” in this video just means “less likely to go wrong”
Burning hammer is definitely the most dangerous wrestling move ever created
Droz is living proof that the powerbomb can cause serious injury
You should react to nfl randy moss in my opinion I think you would enjoy seeing a receiver like him and what hes done
this isnt kayfabe dangerousness and safety. its real dangerousness and safety lol. i think u might’ve struggled to understand that
The Tombstone shouldn't even be on the list because Taker only ever minorly injured Ric Flair with it one time. Samoa Joe hurt more dudes with the Muscle Buster. An underrated brutal finisher is the crossface chickenwing, which I was once put in by law enforcement officials, wacky story, and it fucked my arm up for good.
Hurricane Had The Best Finisher In History....The Verta Breaker....Fight Me
Wwe just had a legendary return last night
😂😂😂😂😂 IDC ABOUT THE BUSH
I guess people forgot the burning hammer exists....that move is far more dangerous than the number one of this list...that move was used only 2/3 times in history of pro wrestling..then the dude who made it didnt use it anymore but wwe attempted to use a watered down version of this move which failed badly
To me the Pedigree should be higher on the list. You have your face going into the mat with your arms held behind you. I would rather get a super kick than a Pedigree any day.
Been waiting on this one. My all-time favorite finisher, and I KNOW he's not the only one who used it, but Petey Williams' "Canadian Destroyer" was 🔥🔥🔥

Pro Wrestling (Try Not to Wince or Look Away Challenge) 5
and
I got bodyslammed by professional wrestlers
Checkout the Canadian Destroyer
Can you react to more lfl videos? The last one was very funny, so can you please?
Aj styles’s spiral tap is one of the most dangerous moves look that up
I agreed with most of this.
7:28
Agree with this list whole-heartedly, I have to admit. I'm typing this at 11 minutes and the Diving Headbutt BETTER be #1 or #2. (EDIT -- I was close.)
14:49
Adam if you want to know the most dangerous move in professional wrestling look at the Omega Driver.
Love you no offense, also You should never really critique a move unless you’ve taken it before
There is Piledriver AND then there is Tombstone Piledriver
Burning hammer is the most dangerous and the emerald fusion is bad too
RKO is safe asf.
I do not agree with with this list. Some should be ranked higher then others. As per the research me and my brother did when we were kids. Thank goodness neither of us are paralyzed.
It’s TurdyFoot
They are talking about the dangerousness not the effectiveness.
trash list the two mist official dangerous moves are Diving Stomp that Finn uses and number 1 is well known Burning Hammer
Yo!
Glad that most of those moves were banned.😀❤
At least there was some female representation
I'm with him this list is all wrong
Do u respond?
Always!
