it is a good anime and is more interesting then a lot of criminal anime's like it since they are either extremely dark (?) or light hearted this has a balance

This is a show about a Bond villain without James Bond never showing up to deal with her. Koko is creepy as fuck...

Nah, it's actually quite a compelling story. Koko is an excellently written villain I think, with believable motives we can likely empathize with but monstrous methods to try and "fix the problem". They also do I think a fairly decent and mature job tackling the topic of child soldiers.

Love the anime action with girl as the mc like koko
I would say Jonah is the MC, not Koko, as the story is mostly told from his perspective. She is an excellent character though, don't get me wrong.
Same way that Revy is a great character but Rock is the Main character in Black Lagoon.
They look like fun.
i do agree with this anime and song though. Being good is no fun, when it's so much better being bad😎😎😎
