- I might be a bit biased, but Florida sea shell hunting is the best. The beaches here in Southwest Florida are full of sea shells, and I'll be your guide as we walk Sanibel and Captiva looking for beach treasures.

Since I live in Indiana and In LOVE with hunting for shells and the sound of the waves….I need to thank you so much for your weekly shelling and water views!!! This makes me happy!!
I thank you for watching and coming along on my beach walks with me!
I just want to say, thank you so much for posting these videos! They are so relaxing and I love seeing all the beaches and trips you bring us on. You have taught me so much about different shells, animals, and many other beach related topics. Every time you post something, I get SOOO excited! Thank you for doing what you do and thank you so much for making a virtual beach trip, an adventure. Have a wonderful rest of your day and I look forward to all the other trips you take us on!
Same! I watch them when I am getting settled down to sleep and these really help relax me. Sometimes I fall asleep before the Video is even over!
I am so lucky to live here! I actually started making home movies for my family and discovered I really liked shooting and editing videos. Since I have the perfect subject matter in my backyard, I get to share these beautiful beaches and critters and shells and enjoy myself the whole time and I am grateful that I can share my journeys with others! I thank you for coming along with me on my beach walks and I can't wait to see what other fun things I'll discover in the future!
Thank you for the walk on Sanibel. CZcams has opened a new world for me. I’m disabled and though I can walk, I cannot walk very far. I contracted serious auto immune disease back when I was just 7 in the mid 1970s. Most of my life I’ve taken my limitations in stride and not worried about it to much, but now that I’m over 50, I’m really started to regret and feel bad about all the things I can’t do or haven’t been able to do or see in my life. But I get to see and do things just watching you tube now and it means a lot to me. I love your channel and I wish you posted more than once a week. I know that it’s probably impossible,,but I seriously love your videos. I also watch other shellers but you are absolute favorite. Thanks for the weekly beach walk.
Hi MaryAnn! At the end of my mother's life she was in a wheelchair so I am very sensitive to the fact I am able bodied and can go and do whatever I want. I am very, very grateful. That being said, I did find a place down here that rents motorized beach wheelchairs. I think there is a minimum rental time, but please know if you wanted to go to the beach - you absolutely could! Lovers Key also rents the push versions free of charge. Now I know logistically it's a lot, but I wanted you to know you could have the freedom of getting out there and there are options. In the meantime I will still bring you to a new beach each Sunday! I hope you have a great week!
I look forward to beach time every week.
I love all your shells you find / take with you. They are all so good looking.
Greetings to all shell lovers. Have all a nice weekend ❤👍🌹🙏🖐
What a great video! I love Sanibel - definitely have to get there to do some shelling in the future!
I love the hike through the brush - looks a lot like Cayo Costa!
I can't wait to do some snorkeling over at Blind Pass near that sand bar. There are so many fabulous places down here to explore!
Hello my sweet friend! I can’t wait for some much needed beach time!🐚
Thank you for taking us on another walk on the beach! I look forward to a new one every Sunday!! The last time I was at Sanibel, I sat on that jetty and found kitten paws, augers and verity’s galore!
We are so lucky to have such a variety of beach goodies here. Thanks so much for coming along with me!
Aahhh! Another relaxing beach walk punctuated with shells! I’m restored! I do look forward to Sunday evening every week. That was the cutest little hermit crab!
That was a very interesting walk, I do worry of you being on your own walking in the scrubland behind the beach though. I loved the single bird standing on its own, that was lovely. Stay safe x
It's a bit of work to walk and get through that scrub and I have never, ever felt unsafe. That being said I do have pepper spray with me at all times - just in case. ❤️❤️❤️
Happy Easter, everyone! So good to spend this special day with all of you and our lovely friend, Sharmon. I can hardly wait to see what we'll find!
So many beautiful little shells today! Seeing them makes me wish I were there in reality. Darling lady, please be wary in taking the narrow trails through the brush. Rattlesnakes can and do swim between barrier islands. Caladesi Island, off Tarpon Springs, had warning signs about this the last time I was there.
Hearing you speak of coquina and then finding a joined pair makes me wonder if any of you know about the coquina stone which can be found on the sea floor off Amelia Island, which protects St. Augustine from the Atlantic, below Jacksonville.
This stone is a concretion made up of nothing but sand and the little coquina shells. It forms under the pressure of the water and sand. It is quite dense and heavy and can be hauled up and cut into blocks.
Many of the old Spanish buildings in St. Augustine are made of these blocks of coquina and have withstood centuries of hurricanes and even assault by enemy forces.
The Castillo de San Marco (The Castle of Saint Mark) which guards the pass between the town of St. Augustine and Amelia Island is constructed almost entirely of coquina stone. Its thick walls are studded with cannonballs which were fired from enemy ships. The coquina stone is so dense and strong that the cannonballs simply sank into the fort's walls and may be seen today, still firmly stuck for all to see.
Coquina has other amazing properties, as well. The local natives used finely woven palm frond baskets to catch the tiny animals who were washed out of their tunnels by the surf. Before they could dig another tunnel and disappear into the sand, native women would scoop them up and drop them into pots of boiling water. They were said to make an excellent broth or even a hearty soup, when roots of various kinds were added.
Occasionally, after a heavy storm passes, small pieces of coquina stone wash ashore. It's amazing that these tiny animals, whose bright shells seem so fragile, could nourish hungry people and then go on to provide such a sturdy and durable material to provide shelter. Another amazing example of the gifts which the sea provides!
Just a bit of fascinating Florida information which might be on interest to someone.
Thanks for a great trip, Sharmon. What a way to begin a new week!
What amazing information about those little shells! I didn't know any of this and have been wanting to take a trip up to St. Augustine. Maybe I'll get to see that stone and the forts myself. That is incredible that those tiny little clams have been so useful! They are still a very important source of food for birds and other sea creatures. And if you have a fishing license here in Lee county, you are allowed to harvest them. I personally wouldn't bother - but what a bunch of fascinating information. Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this informative comment!
I so appreciate you setting the shells back down.
Perfect timing, just settling down for the night in the UK and now can have some beachy goodness while I fall asleep :)
Enjoy!
Thank you for the amazing gift of this video. Really enjoyed it
I live in southern Illinois and I look so forward to our Sunday adventures and beach exploring with you thank you so very much for your passion of shelling and sharing all your fabulous treasures with us
I can't help but to share these gorgeous beaches and everything I'm learning about the creatures and shells I find. Thank you for coming along with me!
Beautiful shells on a beautiful day. Thanks for keeping the beaches clean.
What a wonderful trip! Thank you for taking us along. I look forward to spending this time with you and relaxing. ❤️🐚
Thank you for another great video full of information! I appreciate the time you took to explain seasons, insects, and tides. Most shellers show us their finds but you make yours full of information which makes it easier on those who only have a limited amount of vacation time to go shelling! Thank you, thank you!
You are so very welcome! I hope the info I provide. helps you find goodies and maybe even know a little bit about the shells you find as well!
I love exploring new places! Those massive piles are incredible!
I’m glad to see there are still some mangroves, remaining. I haven’t been to Sanibel since the 70’s.
Wow! Beautiful day & some very pretty finds. Can't wait to see where next week's walk takes us! Thanks for the beach time, Sharmon. 👣❤
I am so excited to tell you that I just found my first ever alphabet coneS, yes plural, I just arrived in Fort Meyers Beach a little over 24 hours ago and my friend and I went for a late night beach walk, I really didn’t think we’d find much because we were using our phones flashlights but 3 stunning alphabets caught my eye. I literally shrieked and jumped up and down when I spotted the first one. They are all in excellent shape and one is close to the 3” max! I’m telling you this because your videos are my beach resort when I’m in North Dakota and I love that you enjoy shelling like I do and aren’t afraid to be excited about a great shell. You’ve also given me the confidence to explore more of the beach critters. I was terrified of crabs my first visit and tonight I picked up a long wristed hermit crab in a beautiful juvenile Florida fighting conch shell to show my friend. Thank you so much for sharing your passion with the world.
Congratulations on your cones!! I had myself a FANTASTIC evening walk on FMB earlier in the week. I saw so many cool things I've never seen before! I know Sanibel gets all the credit for having great shells, but FMB has the same ones AND critters, so I just love it there. I hope you have fantastic shelling luck the whole time you're here!
It was a gorgeous day on the beach today ! I can see why u didn’t want to leave ! Thanks a bunch for the beach time and shelling with you ! Much appreciated
Thanks for tagging along with me!!
Thank you for showing how to navigate around areas with little to no beach . Great video !!
Thanks Nancy!
Your videos are peaceful, relaxing and educational. Thank you! The lovely flowers along the trail are beach sunflowers, one of my favorites!
Thank you very much!
So many lovely shells. The variety is boundless. I'd like to have a bottle full of coquinas-all the pretty colors.
Thank you again, for the beautiful sunrise and friendly walk. I never tire of them.
One of the most fun things is the variety of goodies that can be found. I never know what is going to be out there and I love sharing all the gorgeous views and goodies I find along the way. Thank you for coming along with me!
🐞I was so surprised that scallops are marked different on opposing sides . Very interesting. Thanks.
I'm rewatching your shell adventures; I just can't get enough! I've started a S. W. FL fund to go shelling in Florida. I have many reasons to go to FL, but shell hunting is at the top of my list.
If shell hunting is what you're after, I definitely recommend the beaches down here. There is such a fantastic variety of treasures to be found!
I love the lightening whelk section!
Cool finds! That beach erosion on Sanibel is crazy, but on the other hand Turner is so much bigger now. It's weird how the deeper water shells (bittersweets, flat scallops, carrier shells) tend to wash up in Blind pass more often than any other beach in the area. Maybe deeper water there is closer to shore? Very interesting that you found a tiny giant bittersweet! Good luck in your next shelling adventure!
So much erosion! Just as recent as 2 years ago it was a straight shot from Bowman's to Blind Pass but now it's awful tricky. And in the hotter months those mosquitos are absolutely miserable. It would be nice to have a storm dump a bunch of sand there again. And it is so odd the shells that end up on Captiva - it has a steeper slope so I would think it would be easier to find those shells on Sanibel. Another wonderful beach mystery! Thanks for watching!
Love Sanibel and Captiva islands ,visited many years go and collected some amazing shells, also visited Shell Island and managed to collect some Sanddollars 😃
Those pink kitten paws would make great necklaces, especially using a lot of shells.
It's Suuuuuper Shellllling Sunday, Funday!
🎶 🎵 🐚 😎 The Horse Conch Eggcasings were very cool to see! Okay, back to the vid...
What a treat to find this. I’ll be there on May 11 fir my 50th birthday. Been going since I was a kid, both sets of grandparents were snowbirds (the paternal ones were on the other coast in Melbourne. I got to see the shuttle lift off as a kid). I 💜💜💜💜💜💜 Sanibel because they protect it from big corporate America. I 💜 Captiva even more cuz only South Seas is there. I had so many holiday meals there. “The Sanibel Stoop”
I will get to see a take off one of these days! I've even picked the beach to watch it from 😅 Sanibel is truly a special island with all the conservation they do it feels remote and lush and no high-rises! The state of Florida actually does a fantastic job of protecting nature too - I love living here! I hope you have an extra special birthday and find lots of souvenirs to bring home!
@@SWFBeachLife Thank u. U are very kind. I’ll be thinking of u when I drive across the causeway and turn onto Periwinkle Way.
I think my favorite of today was the rounded calico clam the pattern and color were so pretty
I agree... I love the cut ribbed arc shells
There just something so elegant about them. Thank you so much for watching!
Not a bad haul for Sanibel. Glad you found some pretty good shells. 👍
Stunning day, thank you once again. Watching is sooo relaxing
Thanks so much for watching!
My favorite beaches, turner and blind pass! Nice finds!
I was there end of March and the shells were buried in a ledge by the rocks on Turner. I literally sat and dug for hours. Found a yellow rough scallop and lots of orange ones. Tinies and good sized ones. Can’t resist them.
The keyhole limpet is Really cool 🐚
I keep saying I love "this shell" or "that shell". lol. I just love sea shells. Awesome.
Same!!
@@SWFBeachLife 💕
What a beautiful day! Thank you for sharing
The beach was so peaceful and welcoming today. really nice limpet find. I usually only find the faded out limpets. Thanks for another great day at the beach!!
Thank you for coming along with me!
Beach time 😊
Love the colors of those calico clam shells. Also the one you called a buttercup something.
Buttercup Lucine
This is the perfect ending to my day. Enjoying this with a cup of tea. Thank you
Yes, the rust murex alluded me this week 😅😅 At least I found the lightning whelk section of the beach!
What a lovely walk. The whelks and olives were beautiful! Ok….who am I kidding. All of your finds were beautiful. Can’t wait for next week.
Hi Elaine! Thank you for coming to Sanibel and Captiva with me! Next Sunday we're going to a beach I haven't been to in a while and it was soooo pretty!
I love beach! I had enjoy that beach trip😊. And the shells were gorgeous!
Beautiful day and lovely shells. Thank you for all you do for us. 🥰👍🐕🇺🇸
You are so very welcome!
Thank you for such great videos. The beach is my favorite place but for the past 10 years i have been in extreme pain to the point i can hardly walk. I have had my 1st hip replacement already and getting ready for the other hip replacement. The pain has gone away in my 1st hip and as soon as possible after the 2nd replacement i am heading to my favorite place. It will be so wonderful to walk on the beach again. Until then i can watch your wonderful videos. Thank you and have a great day.
I hope you recover quickly from your next surgery so you can go find yourself some pretty things from the beach!
At 13:25....the double screen is good idea to make us understand the differences between shells, thanks.
You got it! Thanks for leaving a comment and letting me know!
What a beautiful day for a walk on the beach. My favorite shell that you found today is the turkey wing. They are so pretty. Thanks again for taking us with you. ❤️
Thank you so much for coming along with me Artie!
If I ever was able to go shelling in Florida I'd be snagging up the Kitten/Lion Paws, Spiny Jewel boxes, Augers, Lettered Olives/Cones, Mermaid Purses, & all shell casings. Oh also Urchins , Sea Stars, Sea Horses, & Sand Dollars.. Yes, I love them all!!!
There are so many fantastic things on the beaches down here to love! 🐚❤️
We can’t wait to come to Sanibel next Saturday for a week!!!!!
I hope you hav a fantastic time and find lots of souvenirs!
Throughly enjoyed your video, the beautiful view and all the amazing shells on the beach, thank you for sharing this and taking us along your adventure, Looking forward to more. 👍🏼😊❤️
And I thank you for coming along with me! I am having so much fun exploring these beaches and learning about all the things I find!
Thanks for sharing. Took a vacation at Marco Island a few years ago. I had so much fun hunting shells. Just so pretty. So relaxing. We don't have that stuff in Lake Michigan!
The beaches down here are really quite spectacular - and the shells! I had no idea that I would become so interested in them. Everything about the beach speaks to me!
Always look forward to Sunday on the beach with you! Love from Kentucky 🐚
Thank you for coming along my Florida beach walk all the way from Kentucky! 🌴🌊🐚
Love your videos! the content with all the different shells and info about them as well as showing us the maps and your location. Really Awesome!!! It helps cure my craving for a trip to Florida and specifically a trip to my favorite location- Sanibel Island! Thanks so much!
You are so very welcome! Sanibel will always have a special place in my heart too ❤️
It did really look like it was a wonderful day at the beach I’m so happy to be with you during your walk as I’ve been home bound this week sick I feel refreshed by watching you thank you
Hope you feel much better quite soon!
If only I could get you the beach smells and maybe a little sand in your car it would be like you were there with me! I hope you are feeling better and I'll have a brand new walk for us next Sunday!
Really loved the walk… so relaxing and such beautiful views. Thank you for my favorite time , beach time on Sundays! You’re the best❤️
Thank you for coming along with me!
I love that broken Angel wing too.
Sometimes I wish I could take the shells you dont like, through the video to myself...😢this shell looks so big , bit nice too
I've heard you call jingles 'baby feet' before and had no idea why. The black jingle showed me why, so thank you for pointing that out!
You betcha! The black ones really showcase that foot!
Beautiful scenery and somes added shellacious bonuses! Wishing you a very happy Easter!!!
Thanks so much! I hope you had a Happy Easter too! ❤️
I love your videos! It's one of the high lights of my Sunday's!
I'm so glad! Thanks for choosing to spend your time with me!
thank you so much for the beech walk and learning about sea shells...............and sea glass...........awesome video............and happy easter to you and your family............
Thank you so much! A Happy Easter to you and yours as well!
Love the beach and the sound of the waves and of course...shells!
Oh my gosh I just found ur channel!! I’m so excited to binge watch ur videos! My family thinks I have an obsession with shells. I’ve made so many things with them. Now I’m going to learn even more about them thanks to u!!! Thank u! ( I also just subscribed to ur channel)
Welcome aboard! I always ID all the shells I find as I find them and add any little nuggets of info that I can think of. I share a new walk every Sunday! I hope you enjoy your time with me!
Very nice walk, nice and peaceful
Must say the walking areas were so nice! I miss the beach but your videos sure help : )~*~
Thank you for your trip down tbe beach. I learned so much. Great adventure!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I look so forward to your posts! I've never saw a black jingle that size. Beautiful finds as always! Happy Easter everyone! And have a good week 🙋🐇🌅
I hope you had a good Easter too! Thanks so much for coming to the beach with me!
more than just a little surprised that you didnt stumble on a "rust murex"! looked like the right habitat for it. 😂
LOL! Yes, the rust murex alluded me this week, but at least I found the lightning whelk section! 😅😅
Nice walk! I am reading a novel set in Sanibel so this was perfect!
Now you don't have to imagine what the surroundings are like ☺️ Thank you so much for watching!
Another great video, we are planning another trip to Sanibel Island maybe in Aug. so I’m excited to go shell hunting again on my favorite island.
I hope the wait goes quick for you! In the meantime I can at least share what's going on at the beach until you get here!
Sorry it took so long to get to this... Great info on pen shells! I have picked up many LW tops (can you imagine how they get broken off like that?!) and made various things with them. Yeah, sadly Honeymoon has lost a lot of beach north of were the renourishment was done as well, but it's still pretty easy to get up and down the island. That was a really cute hermit crab! Wow, I've never seen so many kitten paws!! Looked like a perfect beach day for the beach. Kinda like today!😊 Loved the blond and brunette!😁 So next week is mystery week. Lol. Thanks, Sharmon. Xxoo
The water is turning that aqua blue color down here. And I'm so happy to not be wearing layers and layers of clothes to stay warm. I know the shells may hide a bit, but summer is "my" season!
@@SWFBeachLife Yeah. Noticed the water color here changing too.😊
So pretty, love these videos. My husband is bringing me to sanibel this weekend. Really hoping the beaches are not too crowded with it being holiday weekend. Praying I have a good eye like yours and find lots of treasures ❤️
It will probably be a little crowded but you'll be fine. It doesn't get too crazy until winter! Try going at low tide and first thing in the AM. Good shelling luck to you!
Love your videos, just watched this while on a break from shelling here on Sanibel. Yes we finally have made it back . You're so lucky to be able to do this a lot. Thanks for taking us along virtually.
I am SOOO lucky. I always wondered what it would be like to live in a place where people vacation. Now I know and it's pretty awesome ☺️
We are suppose to get snow tomorrow in Michigan so thank you for the beach walk.
Ugh on the snow and thank you for coming to the beach with me!
Thank you for another great video. I enjoy them so much. I live in Northern Illinois and have not been able to travel to my favorite areas near you since the pandemic. I wanted to tell you about an experience that my husband and I had once ( and we have been to Florida many times). We walked off the beach into an area with the kind of brush and growth that you were walking through right before getting on the plane to come home and we started itching so badly on our legs. We got these bites all over our calves. Mine lasted it seemed for weeks before they went away. I worked for a doctor at the time and he said that we got bit by sand fleas! I never ever heard of that before. So maybe if you are going to be walking through that kind of stuff put on bug spray just in case!
Well that's not the kind of thing you want to bring home from vacation - lots of itching! Some people are semi-allergic to the noseeum bites. I've seen people with welts all over their legs. I generally just pass through the brush, but in the summer that area is horrible with the mosquitos too. I typically don't encounter much brush but I would give this walk a second thought if it were hot and muggy out!
Ohhh, my gosh! I think I need to move to Florida! ❤ Thank You for taking us along. I Love your vids!
I highly recommend the move. Living in paradise is the best! Well, with the exception of all the winter traffic but it's still worth it ☺️
I love to go on your beach journeys with you
I am a new subscriber...I spend alot of time with my sister in Stuart, Florida, I live in Kentucky and I am a fan of the mountains but being raised in Florida, I miss it so much...my goal is Kentucky in the summer...Florida in the winter.!!! Anyway I love love love your channel and I am now recognizing the shells and cant wait to go shelling again! Thank you and I hope you do very well...Im convinced you will!!!
I think the Kentucky in summer, Florida in winter is a fantastic plan! I'm lucky that I love it here and I don't ever want to leave. I grew up on the top of a mountain and got all my tree-time in. Now I need to make up for my lack of beaches growing up! Thanks so much for watching and coming along with me on my beach walk!
Thank you for the beach walk. Beautiful treasure finds. Stay safe hun.
Very nice shells. Beautiful day too. Happy Easter 🐣
Thank you! Hope you had a nice Easter too!
@@SWFBeachLife I did. Thank you
Great beach walk! Sharmon, that is a marvelous article in the new Beachcombing Magazine. Love the shelling.
Thank you so much on both accounts!
Sharmon! Loved this! We’re on Sanibel right now :) Hope youre doing well!
Hey beach friend!!! The crowds are starting to go home and low tide is in the evenings - great time to visit! I had a splendid time low tide shelling Monday evening on FMB. I hope you have a great time while you're here and find lots of souvenirs!
Oh my,, how cool. Keep them coming I love following. Thank you for sharing, and the knowledge as well.
Thank you for watching!
@@SWFBeachLife I just told my friend to watch. 🥰 She's in Crawfordsville Florida. I have been as far as Tallahassee..but my bucket list is just to go back. Lol. Thank you so much for sharing. I love watching the cleaning if the shells. Have an awesome day.
Hey sharmon.
Thanks for another beautiful video.
I do have suggestion. Today you did talk about soil erosion just a lil bit.
Since your channel is quite popular and you have alot of viewers i think it would be really cool if you could talk some more about such topics, like how erosion happens, what we can do, how you can protect the sea and beach and sealife.
I know you already do that, but i feel you could share some more information as that would help educate alot of your viewers and help in motivating them to do their part to save our beaches and the critters.
That's a great idea! I do share everything I know about certain subjects and I have been talking about becoming a Florida Master Naturalist and I just can't seem to find the time to jam it into my week. I want to know more and I would love to share all the fun things I'm learning. Thank you for the suggestion!
Such peaceful beach time...love them!❤
Loved the beach today!Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, the Mossy Ark is in really great condition, it might be my favorite this week! I also loved the buttery yellow Auger. It seemed to be the day for Kitten Paws though, they were everywhere, and some were huge. Really great walk, thank you 😊
Its so interesting how a merely 100 yards away the beaches will have totally different goodies. A good reason to cover lots and lots of beach! Thanks so much for watching and I hope you had a nice Easter!
South east FL / palm beach county / you will find sea glass !!!
Hi Sharmon,
Thank you for this lovely beach walk!
I've enjoyed every minute of it.
Love the shells you've found, the Calico scallop and Kitten paw are two of my favourite types of shells.
It's sad to see so much beach erosion. Does the government do some sand supplementation or something else to preserve that beach?
I'm very curious where you will go beach walking this week. But I hope and wish it's a wonderful week, filled with sunshine and amazing finds.
Big hug and lots of love, xoxo ❤️, Ilona
All the sand that was deposited over on Captiva was a land replenishment project, so yes the government does do projects to protect the roadways and bridges. The beaches are constantly changing with new channels and sand moving from here to there - it's like a different beach if I haven't been there in a while! I hope you have a fabulous week too! Next Sunday we're going to see lots of beautiful water (and shells of course!). XOXO
O
*sigh* These walks on the beach with you are so relaxing! The gorgeous shells are a plus--love those tiny kitten paws, the Seriph(sp?) shell...basically all of them are lovely!
I would have a very hard time choosing one favorite shell - I love them all too!
Love our trips thank you 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖
💜💜💜
Hope your having a great Easter
Hahaha cant wait to see your next venture 😃
I hope you had a nice Easter too! I had so much fun on my last walk time completely got away from me!
Looking at one of your older videos and that may be the first time I’ve seen a front and back to a calico scallop. I have found plenty of the shells without any inhabitants so I didn’t realize that they came with a mostly white side and a more calico side! Maybe you could show us that again sometime? Maybe you already have, but I’ve missed it. Thanks for another lovely beach day. 😎
That's so funny you mention this. I do mention it again in tonights video, but I will be on the look out to show you a good look in the future!
@@SWFBeachLife Hey! I was scoping out an older vid of yours from two years ago. You were at Delnor-Wiggins Pass and then at Ft. Meyers Beach. You found three (3!) connected scallops (the third one was at the 18:05 time stamp) and showed us the patterned sides and the white sides. What a find for those of us who’ve never seen it; thank you. 👏🏻
@@ztag1p I saw bunches of live scallops after a storm last year. Got to see their little eye balls and everything . It was fascinating! I'm looking forward to some of those winter storms to see what they bring!
Happy Easter! Beautiful collection!
Thank you! 🤗 I hope you had a Happy Easter too!
The white cut ribbed arks remind me of little ghosts😀
I don't know what it is about them. I just like the shape and those deep ridges. Thanks for watching!!
I really like them too - they have a sway about them.
