This week on Deal or No Deal Islander Insiders, Final 5 contestant Amy McCoy joins Miranda Rose Harrison and Jack Vita for a lively discussion on the Jack Vita Show!
Amy, a native of Oklahoma City, is only two episodes away from reaching the finale. As one of the five remaining contestants, Amy has a legitimate shot at winning Deal or No Deal Island. However, her game has taken a hit over the last two weeks, as she has had to bid farewell to two members of her Night Owls alliance. Now, only she and Stephanie Mitchell remain as they attempt to eliminate Aron Barbell and Survivor: Redemption Island winner Boston Rob Mariano, with Jordan Fowler playing the middle.
We get Amy's thoughts on the latest episode, E9 "Are You Ruthless?", where Nick Grasso accepted a bad deal and was eliminated from the show. Amy shares some thoughts on her edit and how she is being portrayed by the show, and also how the fans are reacting to her presence on Deal or No Deal Island. Amy and Stephanie have received quite a bit of hate mail. Amy and Miranda discuss. Amy also adds context to her conversation with Aron from last week, which has been highly scrutinized by fans.

My read on the Stephanie lie was that she wanted Nick to sway the others to put him on the line to play the DOND game. That way Steph is 100% safe since she knows Nick won't eliminate her. She shouldn't want to play DOND herself since she isn't the target.
Wow! You always had the aim set at the target AND pulled people together. I am so sorry to hear that the trolls have been after you. I have loved every part of your performance and even how you are edited. My thought has always been that you seem like a fun, center of attention, personality and the villain stuff is just the colorful dance of reality tv.

People who say mean things to them like for instance saying Amy is a terrible mother", are doing the same, so what does that make them? lol People don't realize when they are attacking them that they are doing the same thing as they all did while playing the game.
Amy and Steffani made me sick to my stomach. I hope they don't have daughters because they make terrible role models right now. They should be ashamed of themselves. Amy certainly shouldn't be bragging. How hilarious is that. She should be embarrassed by her behavior! I am embarrassed for her. And Steffani screaming like a banshee and looking ridiculous. They both made fools of themselves. They were both vile people who spewed sewage out of their mouths. Cringeworthy and appalling behavior. I am absolutely beyond thrilled that neither one of them won. They didn't deserve a penny. Props, props, and props to Boston Rob!!! What an awesome guy! Not only did he put up with them, but he was funny, nice, genuine, respectable, and so gracious. These two should take lessons from him. Hopefully, they will watch, learn, and change!! They can become respectable women full of humility, grace, and kindness. They should apologize to Rob and others they were nasty to as well.

I don't understand why people seem to think Amy and Stephanie are these irredeemable, awful monsters. They manipulate people for the game but everyone else does too. Stephanie let her emotions get the best of her when Alyssa was eliminated, but Alyssa had made unkind remarks about Stephanie prior. So there seems to be a double standard.
Stephanie posted some really garbage things on her IG stories. She behaves irl exactly the way you see her on the show

Couldn't watch or listen to Amy. Not a good game player at all. Zero strategy other than "get Rob out". Is completely obnoxious to watch both on the show as well as in the first few seconds of the interview... so didn't even watch.
Stop with the excuse making...she is a trash player (Stephanie too). It's funny how exposed people always pretend they're really nice & they only reason they stopped being nice is because "the game made me do it". Never, ever true.
It’s not even Amy. It’s Stephanie and it’s just because of Amy siding with Stephanie. Amy started as one of my favs but not anymore.
