Christ that accent is shockin Limmy.
You can't speak in Belfast accent without politics getting involved.
I'm the Belfast slang guy. Honoured to be in your video. Keep up the great work Limmy!
Cringe
Based
Lmao “ye think Ireland’s gonny be reunited one day? “😨AHHH NO POLITICS PLEASE”
That good old fashioned _whit school ye go tae?_ panic
Ah yes, Belfast the capital of Norway. Perfect Scandinavian accent 👌
He should watch that video of that Yank interviewing those Belfast chavs in a cemetery
"Ye's love yer McDonalds'es don't ye's, yiz cuntz yiz!" - There's actually a mural of that fella here, now.
workman's glue
Nah he should have watch the Belfast Bin Hoker for a bit of a CZcams history lesson along with some classic working class Belfastish
@@meekyman You just don't hear the word "Fruitener" anymore, do you? Bygone days...
"yer da sells Avon for the 'RA!“
Limmy's posh Glaswegian accent sounds like Stuart Murdoch from Belle and Sebastian
i think the best Belfast accent by a non Northern Irish person is Harry Enfield's character William Ulsterman
Agree that it's a great impression but it's more a Mid Ulster Accent not a Belfast one. I think it was based on Ian Paisley and he was From Ballymena so makes sense.
CHEDDAR CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE ON A STICK
David Thewlis does a good job in Divorcing Jack. Limmy here sounds like Robert Lindsay in that film. His accent was a bit dodgy tbh.
@@jonjoe9232 you are correct.
'MRS BINFIELD!"
You sound like rory McIlroy trying to do a glaswegian accent
Björn has spent quite a long time in Belfast but he's been struggling to get to grips with integrating.
Its still a novelty hearing a Belfast accent on TV which is pretty fucking grim.
Belfast is a moderate sized city in a very small country and people with a 'Belfast accent' are a) a tiny percentage of the overall population and b) a 1hr+ flight away from the major media centres of London and Manchester. Why wouldn't we be a novelty?
Almost sounds like Gerard Butler
That boy from Paisley done good
What about yee Limmy? (as we say in Belfast) “Hey big man, stay here.” was pretty decent and definitely a lot better than most hollywood attempts at the accent. If you’re ever in Liverpool give me a wee shout. If nothing else, I’ll teach you how to say “changed”! Cheers, Fra (the baldy git in the video!)
Limmy channeling his inner Jim McDonald
I can do the ethereal Mark Cousins. Belfast born film critic.
Here he sounds like a Native American. His Belfast blahem was spot on though
Lolll
Weirdly, when I do a belfast accent, I do a glaswegian accent and drop my jaw down and to the front. So I would have assumed Limmy would have no trouble with a Belfast accent, especially after that (Scottish) BAFTA worthy Belfast Blahem he did.
Sounds like he’s from Skellige
What a professional
Now he's gotta do an Australian Accent
Love it
Catherine Tate saying wheat-a-bix
0.5/10 - even after the research that attempt was brutal. Sounded like someone strangling a cat. Limmy could play a Belfast Man in a Disney movie.
Woeful but strangely and pathetically beautiful
Sounds like Julian Simmons being played by Gerard Butler
sounds like Brad Pitt in The Devil's Own
I went to school in east Belfast, and any time I get angry or aggressive it comes right out of me 😂
Was the guy Steven gerrard?
Yeeeah ‘course
Belfast has changed loads, Limmy. Yer Ma’s yer Da
Yer Da sells Avon for the 'Ra...
@@jonjoe9232 Avon? Isn't that an MLM? All huns will be shot!
Here's my Ulster accent: 'Deeed ohn! Eh doun't buleeve ahny uv youuuuws! Noo sorreenduhr! Youw ohw me a tennehr dehckheud!'
Translation: 'Dead on! I don't believe any of you(s)! No surrender! You oh me a tenner d***head!'
Ulster and Northern Ireland aren't the samething.
All these northern accents are hilarious.
Limmy’s from Belfast’s American Quarter 🇺🇸
If Sean Connery taught me anything it's that the Scots and the Irish (and the Spanish) all have exactly the same accents to begin with.
I used to know Fra :)
Pishing myself at how mince this is
naem
Doesn't matter what side of the political/religious divide people from Belfast are on, they always seem to be banging on about having issues with flags and it's always something like this with capitals to emphasise the anger. I WOULD TAKE GREAT ISSSHEWWHH WITH MEMBERS OF YEEERRRRR CAHMUNITAYYY TELLING US WHERE WE CAN AND CAN NOT RAISE OWWWERRRRRR FLEGGGGGG!!!!!!
Lmfao
Hahaha 👍😎
Burdle durdle durdle. Just keep saying that over and over and you've nailed the NI accent
Wait all this time I thought Limmy is Irish
his eyes are looking particularly foreskin-y these days
Brutal 💀
Kneecap mate. Watch any interview with kneecap
Horrible
