Omg both looks turned out beautiful! Funny how Galliano has so many conceptual ideas about it and Koizumi seems to totally focus on esthetics. Both methods work. It looked like a fashion school assignment, done by pros. So inspiring to watch. Loved it!
Mr John Galliano, you are so missed. Delighted to see you alive, creative and healthy at Maison Margiela.
And Dior misses him too. Looking at their clothes, they really miss him.

I love the creative mind that is Galliano but it’s so uncomfortable watching him being so unsecure about himself.
Also loved the fact that this had nothing really to do with the vision of upcycling. But still a nice project and incredible result

The original garnet was gorgeous, fantastic -and tragically it is no more! I have adored Galliano's previous creations, but IMHO, this collaboration was unfortunate. Good to see Galliano looking happy and healthy. Keep designing! You are a master!

I hope the Margiela white suit was not one of a kind because it was the most lovely garment I have seen for a long time. This was kind of heartbreaking and awful.
Had I not seen the before, I would have enjoyed the after. Was difficult to see that gorgeous work altered!

I kind of like what the Japanese designer did, however, wasn't the idea of upcycling supposed to be something inspired to become really different? Something that you didn't know it was before.? J. G's outfit, nope, I did not like at all. I did like the yellow boots though.
