Sure it makes a lot of decks playable but its just so god damn tiresome and repetitive, its even worse when the meta decks can abuse it even more than it should when its gets an end board if more than 4 negates (I know its off but you get the idea.) Its worse at the expense of the lack of interaction. Also hot take here, Smoke grenade should be banned as well as Linkross.

Jeff Lennard really came through on this one. But man looking at Dragon Link how on earth are the Phantom Rage Decks supposed to even get a look in with shit like Linkross running around. Sure my opinion on Phantom Rage decks on average being able to wreck the likes of your Madolche's, Generaiders and Numeron Decks won't mean anything if they're completely outgunned by current combo decks.
Well I tried some Ra Eldlich shenanigans... not the worst thing tbh. 3 x Sphere mode as a main deck card outs the dragon link field easily. And turn 1 god slime plus eldlich stuff is also kinda okish.

There’s a reason Jeff had dark ruler no more in the main. It’s because the format is a break my board one and eldlich is the king of grinding. Should of kept those in.
oh wow such a unique deck and playstyle... just kidding it looks and acts pretty much the same as any other deck cause 90% of the extra deck and the main core of the deck are exactly the same as every other deck that has been around for the past 6 months at least. whats even the point in building "different" decks when the end result stays the same?

Everyone complains about linkross and halq but they make a lot of decks much more playable right now.
They do so by making every deck feel the same, and at that point does it really matter what you used to get to them?
I do like noodlefoober and Staryu, they make synchros nuts!
