@@jwenml6518 no i was not able to do that, i let my battery get drained and then i charged it and it booted normal, i wanted to get rid of the phone so i made a video and went to mi service center in mumbai(fort) and i explained the madam about my phone's situation and also told her i have a video and it happened with my old device mi A1 as well, it was a terrible experience with mi A1 and now Poco, she directly offered me for new Redmi note 10 pro and i accepted the offer after checking all the service center scam videos on youtube, i thought it was the best option , and till the time my new phone arrived i formatted the old one and submitted to service center , now this week i am going to the same service center for getting a new redmi note 10 pro for my sister's Poco x3 pro😂 we bought same phones toghether her device's health is 15 months, my device was almost dead on the last day of my warranty, i claimed my warranty on the last day when it ended😂luckily exact next day ceo of poco india announced 6 months extra warranty , its been 7 months with new device its working good but miui is the most shittiest software, worst experience not worth buying any Redmi phones

Mine kept restarting as well. Realise you need a case where covers the screen edges. My previous case was thin and kept restarting in pocket because the screen been squash in pocket.

took replacement offer for redmi note 10 pro, but disappointed because reboot loop issue started just 1 week before my warranty was getting expired, so i have no warranty on new note 10 pro instead of poco x3 pro, paisa waste hai, i told her to give compensation for 2000 rs difference, but she said 8gb variant is getting compensation like headphones or mi band, but service center madam in Mumbai(wallace street) is very good person because she told me in the first place that i will get you a replacement directly without factory reset attempt , because i had only 4 days of warranty left, so without any 1st attempt or second attempt or any proof of reboot issue she gave me a replacement, i would suggest anyone living near mumbai to go to this service center only, its in Mumbai CSMT very close from station walking distance,

In the short time you have between reboots try to disable the security app!! This is the only thing that worked after 24+ hours of non stop automatic rebooting

@@Sharmaji_Avinash go to settings -> manage apps -> click security app -> click force stop and uninstall updates and clear data. That did the trick for me. Phone still works and no reboot yet!

Would like to address some problem caused by Software update on Poco Devices (X3,X3 pro,F3 GT,F4,X4,X4 pro,Some of the M series) and interesting thing is those phone who's warrenty is expired are getting these kinda update and damaging phone's mainboard and incase if under warrenty phones,they reject customer's device by telling useless and baseless reason like dent or minor scratches and these ppl are charging us 10-15k for replacement,I bought Poco F3 GT worth 27K INR in 2021
Last month I got an software update and then my phone got dead.i visited their service center and they told me to pay 14K for the replacement for mother board.
There are many users like this facing the looting of these brands.They are not ready to take responsibility of their own mistake in software their country Himanshu Tandon is blocking every single affected users who raise their voice against this issues
I request everyone here reading this,don't buy any Poco phones.

Try to uninstall apps and delete heavy information from your system, in my case the problem was that I no longer had storage space, my poco x3 pro restarted every few hours and then every 20min and then 5min and so on. Release about 5gb and stopped rebooting

In the system apps updater, They have pushed an update for Security, after MIUI 13 update. Everyone pls update.
Also, I think the dead issue is due to the use of poor hardware used in the motherboard, and the sync between hardware and software isnt that good, and as a result, motherboard gets dead.
But Poco must acknowledge the issue and come ahead with a solution and give replacement or other device to out of warranty devices having same dead issue.
