      the Polini peaks @ 10000 rpm, the italkit 11000+. the polini brings more torque at low rpm´s. the max output is with a sport or racing reso pott like jolly moto by italkit! The Polini is not made for higher rpm than 10000! by EX timings!! But if you lucky polini has made a perfect fit reso pipe for the 154cc kit. I have one of this reso pips. The Reso is lowerd to arround 10000 rpm peak and in 6 gear max rpm is 10200-10500 max so you need 17 gear than 16 for more topspeed. The Italkit with jolly pipe 34 dellorto can do 35-37HP @11-11500rpm. the polini with his 154cc pipe and 34 dellorto does also a 37hp but at 10000 rpm. The polini reso pipe has the nr 4257 and a warning NOT FOR ROAD USE, USO ESCLUSIVO SU PISTA, RESERVE A LA COMPERTITION. i have the pipe since 1999, also the 154cc kit. 4 new pistons and the same zylinder. 40000km+ an the engins still goes strong

      The Italkit's cylinder is a totally Italkit's design and production.
      Bc's cylinder is a modified Aprilia cylinder so you have the original Gilardoni's and Aprilia's quality.

    • @thrasyvoulosv
      @thrasyvoulosv Před 6 lety

      Italkit Gen 1 was also a bored and ported genuine Aprilia cylinder. The new Italkits are a new cast, different to the original aprilia barrel, but they're still made by Gilardoni. They seem to have some really bad conservative porting though. Also we don't know if Gilardoni is the one who does the plating for BC's cylinder.

    I don’t understand why you want to put big bore kits on the bike it just ruins the bike the original 125 cylinder is great and can be tuned my rs 125 track bike / has v force 3 reeds/ full arrow titanium exhaust system/ ram air sponge filter (no airbox) 28 vbsh cd racing carb set up properly/ racing ecu unit/ racing ht lead / heavy duty clutch / domino throttle/ and the bike does 112mph and has 34bhp and a 0-60 time (my personal best) of 5.7 seconds and a rave 1 power valve (the best valve)

      I just think you’re trying too hard, and try the v force 3 reeds you will see a massive difference in throttle response and how the bike accelerates, especially if you are running a sponge air filter (cone) but you just have to jet the carb up correctly and you will have a lot more mid range and a better flow of air/fuel to the cylinder
