Yeah, it's interesting that the hyper charismatics, ( heretical NAR folks ) have that seven mountain mandate thing which is kind of a postmill take, however they are actually dispensationalists. Great video, thanks...

I’ve been thinking about this lately as well. The similarities between the NAR 7 mountain thing and postmillenialism. I need to look more into it, but it seems one key difference is that NAR folks talk about seizing the tops of those “mountains” and blessings streaming down; whereas most postmil folks seem to teach that the christianization of those spheres won’t happen apart from more widespread conversion in the culture more generally.

Eschatology should not be a test of fellowship. Regretfully, there are some on the dispensational side of the spectrum who make it so, making hold to the pre-mil, pre-trib position necessary to join their churches. Some go so far as to question the salvation of anyone who does not hold that position.

I have seen the same problem with Post-Mil also. I think its bizarre that people get so dogmatic over eschatology. It is another sign of how very sick the church is in this country.

You obviously spend little time watching CZcams videos on this topic. Lol. Both sides demonize the other and call the other side evil, devilish, and heretical. I saw one commenter yesterday blaming vast numbers of deaths and murders on Dispensationalism. So the same sort of dynamic you notice happens on both sides of the issue.

Ephesians 3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: They reject the word dispensation entirely, even though it is found at least 4 times in the KJV along with many other allusions to the word dispensation. They are heaping to themselves teachers according to their own lusts. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

There's God's way and then there is man's way.
One way is God's but man develops systems after systems trying to understand.
Just ask God is the easiest.

I think it would be cool to see a video that looks at the promises for Israel type passages and walks through them verse by verse. Maybe focus in on Zechariah 14 and Joel 3. They seem to be to be very specific with many promises for Israel that are not yet fulfilled. Those types of texts, for me, are the most compelling arguments in favor of dispensationalism and I haven't heard much on these types of texts from Amil / Post mils. I mainly just hear critiques on Darby or the rapture.

But I will posit that much of Zechariah 14 was already fulfilled in first century. For example the rotting of eyes and tongues in their mouths was precisely fulfilled from My Vesuvius in 79 AD. Many of Roman armies were vacationing as it were in Pompeii area after the wars with the Jews 66-74 AD

The rotting of the eyes in Zechariah 14 is referring to the nations that are surrounding Jerusalem when God saves Jerusalem from it's enemies.

Now that was interesting. I never bought into the 'Rapture' even when I first heard of it back in the mid 1960s when I was in the Army. I read Hal's book. Every body was talking about it back then. But we were also talking about Francis Schaeffer too. Go Figure.

Faulty people soon fall on their face and many don't.
However, there is a rapture as of 1 Thessalonians 4:17, but it's a matter of when, as Jesus said, not even He knows.
