keep in mind you need to upgrade the runewright's merchandise 3 times to unlock that enchantment which will cost you about 30,000 ploughing crowns

With Aard it's blue, with Yrden it's dark. It's amazing
With quen it’s green and it restores health on hit(my favourite) and makes the sound effect of the caretakers shovel(which also restores health on - hit), this is with quen

Or use “sword fx” mod if your on pc.
Theres a mod on nexusmods that allows you to permamently have the sign effetcs appear on your sword, even if you dont have the dlc.

You can enchant it on any weapon that has 3 slots 🎉
You say it lasts until the sword is sheathed yet in the description it says that only one attack has the sign effect. So it is basically useless because it’s gone in one swing.
I want this to be a more prominent ability in the next Witcher game or Witcher 1 remake. Here its only part of a DLC and most people wouldn't know about it without CZcams. I want this to be more of a main feature in the future or a part of tbe skill tree
i agree more than half of the people saw that this exists in the game from this video. also some said this is fake or from a mod. Seeing the enchantments put to use in the next game or remake would be great

does the igni effect stay on even if you sheathe the sword?
Does it stay if you hit something with it or is the effect spent once you damage something?
No it is not permanent if u sheath the sword or meditate it goes away, but you can install a mod to make it permanent

Does the effect permanent? Like will it stays when you fast travel, meditate, or using igni again in combat?
No it is not permanent if u sheath the sword or meditate it goes away, but you can install a mod to make it permanent

Forget the cost. It’s endgame thing for people who have played the whole game . You should have money naturally by then. It’s the fact it’s literally the worst enchantment in the whole game. Cost a point makes it actually make your build worse . It robs you of adrenaline points for nothing . To give you one sword hit only. One then goes away and it does trash damage
There's a mod that allows you to add the sign effect to any sword for free
I wonder if damages scales off of sign intensity. That would so cool. Also how much more damage do you get out of it using different signs vs unmodified

You did not show location on the map where did you get the sword or is it just a silver sword with the enchantment
It's a really cool effect but they did everything they could to ruin it. It goes away the second you sheath the sword and it requiring an adrenaline point means combat will probably be almost over before you can activate it. Plus there's the huge cost in gold tied to it. If they just removed the adrenaline point thing and made it so you could effectively have this going on at all times it would be worth it, otherwise, no.

What your NOT telling people is that you gotta go on a quest and plus pay 5000 coin to the guy to get him started there is so much more stuff you gotta do than simply finding the location on the map walking up to him and doing what it shown in this not so detailed video!! He shows what you can do after he done all the quests and stuff that needed to be done to be able to even get the flame sword!!!

Things aren't as simple as he makes yall believe in this video and honestly he should have told everybody in this video the steps needed to be taken in order to get the flaming sword. The runeright merchant isn't behind the other merchant he is in the tent to the left of the guy. You give him $5,000 coin to get started then you got to give him $10,000 coin to make better items then you need to give him $15,000 coin so he can make even better items to be able to get the rune to make the flaming sword and before all that you gotta go on a couple quests for the guy that if your a low level and not a medium-high level then your screwed or better be able to fight and doge with the best of em!!! He don't tell you any of this in the video and the problem is that he should because alot of players are gonna get confused and pissed off when they find out its not as simple as he makes it seem in this video!!! So anyone else that watches this read the comments first and you better have some coin saved up! And to the guy that made this video. Don't mislead players anymore like you did in this video be open and honest about all the steps needed in order to find or get or make this and that in the game!!!!

I'm kinda bummed with the runeright, it's so expensive to get the upgrades and you can only pay for them very late in the game. Could not even use them on Blood and Wine.
39 smuggler cache in skelige. it's a slog but it's worth like 30k alone if you play it smart and sell right gear types to right venders (like selling armor only to armorsmiths etc)

@@bartoszbilski2335 after the blood and wine dlc when Anna scene ends at the end of bow dlc and Geralt goes to Regis Graveyard. After a drink Regis asks you to pick mandrake roots for him and gives you this mask and some gloves.

False! You can unlock this as soon as you take first quest from HoS, so it’s basically when you reach Velen. And no, you don’t have to finish hos or even talk to everec once

Am telling you do not get overwhelmed by it and try to flow with story and enjoy it. Its a story driven game and the most beautiful gaming experience you will ever have trust me on this, i used to think the same way years ago when the game came out yet here i am.
Do you need one of the expansion packs to go that far? The game wont let me travel that far out it makes me turn around.
Yes you need the Hearts of Stone expansion to unlock the runewright and that section of the map
