There are places that are cheaper than that place and bigger and offer about the same thing in Bangkok , like on nut , rama 9 and so on .

You can buy on any visa.Tell Bank You want to open A Bank Account to transfer funds from Abroad for the Purpose of buying a Condo.Or go to a Lawyer and He will arrange everything.

Facts I’m sure there is for sure I know some people that stay in same spot pay alittle less but ya about 800 a month I pay for everything and I’m on sukhumvit 24/22 walk right next to the biggest malls terminal 21 right there all that but I’m sure there’s better for sure and I’ll look at dd property I didn’t even know about them !

No money in the world will make me stay longer then few days in Bangkok due to insane level of pollution. btw Chang Mai is now almost same as Bangkok.
There are many more other places to retire cheap with same level of comfort even better because there are beaches.

@@carstensanonym7527 well i know others that booked threw air bnb and got cheaper some threw fb market place but threw condo or office this place really doesn't do short term or long term stays i think u need to purchase a condo to stay here tbh but some people wing it if u are staying long term cause u need facial recognition to get in and out so no alot of foreigners stay here but i like that part

Aint that pricey?, i seen other vids people paying 15-20k baht in bangkok and you get a bigger unit with a seperate bedroom
Really depends brotha there are some spots for sure but also gotta make sure your electric and internet are included like mine is and for my location and the 24 hour security I have here 28k baht is not to bad for me I’ve been to other places where you can get a fat pad 3 stories type shit for 28k baht but they can’t walk to all the malls like I can and what not
Cool tour. I've heard of that spot before. You cannot buy a property in Thailand as a foreigner. You have to be married to a Thai citizen or have ALOT of money and get an investment visa.
You can buy a Condo.Foreign Ownership of a Condo is allowed.Just get a FEC in a Thai Bank you transferred the funds to buy.They will give you a certificate which shows you brought the funds in from abroad for the purpose of a Condo purchase.The Land office will need this Certificate for the transfer of the property.
