I really enjoy when Sona and David go at Conan. David has turned into another perfect foil for Conan. Between the two they manage to tweak every improv button he has.

She's SO right in pointing out that Conan enables all of her goofing off. In fact, he's her mentor when it comes to comic refusal to actually work while AT work.
Another perspective skip a day of your work and go to Disney land then go tell your boss about it and when they ask why you would do that tell them, hey you make work hard so really this is your fault. He does more than enable he’s created the perfect work environment haha
Conan is the boss every man wants, but most never have. He creates a friendly atmosphere, zero stress work enviroment.
Conan is like an old timey hunter who can use every part of his prey. If his workers don’t do anything, he just records himself berating them and makes millions off it. Jay Leno steals his spot, he gets 30 mil and another late night job anyway. He just can’t be stopped, such a monster talent
"Do they even have your phone number?" Oh god, I almost died when she asked that.
I know Conan was kidding at the end. But he was also trying to be sincere and lovely to them both. It's nice to see that.

The fact that Conan is treating this as an improv session and the other two are not improvising at all, in some small strange way, this is sheer genius comedy
I think the whole "Conan's employees are incompetent" thing is the bit that keeps on giving! Never fails to make me laugh! :)
If I was Conan I’d be upset they didn’t say anything because they could’ve sent a camera crew from the show to follow them for a remote! (Also loving David showing up more on the podcast!)
They did say that they took video, edited it and posted it to Instagram. They even noted they had to do their own version of the friends theme because they got struck for using the original.

It's almost criminal that they are not.
To do that, they’d have to have a camera on every person speaking, edit it to cut in all the camera feeds, decide who to focus on when two people are talking, and fact-check it afterwards, then post it. I’m just glad we get to see what we see

I love that ending and how true it made what Brian stack said on a interview that conan always makes those kind of jokes to the staff that whenever he actually compliments them they dont know if hes being serious or not
Actually, Sona's escapades are helpful now for the podcasts. Having someone else as his assistant wouldn't have helped the creative process much as it does now.
When you google "Conan", Conan still comes up first so hes got that.
I'm laughing at the fact that Sona and David are making the case that Conan doesn't need an assistant.

well it depends, if they are actually good at their jobs and does all their work properly, I think it's fair to go and goof off and be happy and continue to be productive when needed. Which I suspect is basically what they are, they're efficient so they have a lot of free time.
@@wahahabuh I see exactly like you :) :) it's not really an act, he is a cool boss because they are trustworthy employees, and good at their job. So he allows a lot of bullshit as long as they are serious when they need to be!

For the Gen Z and Millenials who don't get the joke, the reference is to Pia Zadora, an actress/singer who was a punchline for a lot of comics in the 80s because they claimed she only got jobs because her husband is a multimillionaire.
