Ok I've had lice twice in my life and let me tell you I'm so grateful it was never this bad, both of the times they just seemed to go away naturally too. Like I used all those special combs and stuff shown in the video and it was gone it just a week or less...
This is my 2nd time and nits are still their since months
1st fully cake on conditioner in the hair and then shower cap or saran wrap it for 1 hr, this kills the bugs. Then rinse out. Spray hair down with 4 parts vinegar 1 part water along with a few drops of tea tree oil to help with smell. Shower cap or saran wrap it again for 20 minutes, this breaks up the glue on eggs. Then comb out. It works everytime. I worked at a daycare center so we came across this quite a bit. To prevent make a solution of water and tea tree oil and spray on hair.

So when I was in 5th grade that's the first time I got lice due to my seat partner in school.
So I dont really remeber but ig I combed my hair and then it reduced. Later in 9th grade again I got it due one of my friend, and this time it was disgusting. My lice was visible very clearly and it also started moving outta out of my hair on my t shirt. Then I oiled my hair and combed it, I combed it daily before sleeping and after bath when the hair is wet. I continued for some months and it reduced.
It still itches but I believe its veryyyyyy less. I will continue again.

Honey I m not trying to be a smart ass but don't u know the fastest way to get rid of lice, cut ur hair maybe 2 or 3inches then go to ur closest pharmacy and buy the shampoo and the comb I think they're sold together

they won't run away, they will remain in hair
They literally are unaffected with shampoo and even resist some "lice shampoo" brands what makes you think they're afraid with a bowl of water

You have to treat your hair again about a week later to make sure any nits that survived the 1st treatment die the next treatment. Use a lice comb to remove the dead bugs and nits. Then use the comb EVERYDAY for 2 weeks to ensure they're gone. You can also take a hair dryer to your head for about 15 min to dry them out and help kill them. Also WASH YOUR BLANKETS, SHEETS, PILLOWS, STUFFED ANIMALS, TOWELS, ETC. Anything that could come into contact with your head needs to be washed in hot water. AND make sure you DO NOT share your brush with anyone!

STOP SAYING EW BECAUSE LICE LIKE CLEAN HAIR SO YALL CAN SHUT UP also here’s tips to help you use lice shampoo and after your out of the bath or shower go through your hair with lice ZAPPING comb after you’ve done that go through your hair with a hair dryer because lice cannot stand dry and hot conditions after you’ve done that for about 15 minutes buy some fairytale spray it contains all the scents and oils they hate to prevent them do this twice a week but spray the fairytale everyday and even spray it on your shoulders and back of neck so if they wanted to crawl up you they’d smell they scents and oils and back off I hope this helps!

I know nothing on the subject of lice, but wonder about one's bed linen, pillows, blankets, clothes etc. If one can afford medical treatment is this the option plus everyone in the family has to work as a team to get rid of these bugs...

Throw it away and buy a new one unless you want to go thru the steps of removing the lice. Or you could just not wear it for a week because lice HAVE to have blood to survive. But after you quit wearing it for a week or so you need to comb it thru with a lice comb to remove all dead lice/nits.
