I am so sad that they retired some of the amazing models, I honestly feel that most of the old models are better than most of the new models (the 2024 models are amazing and some of the newer models from 2020-2024 are nice) those older fjords are just amazing I wish I had them
The lippizaners are SO ADORABLE!!! Way better than the newer ones I think👀 Name suggestions: Silver for the stallion, Moonlight for the mare, and Licorice for the foal. Hope you like them!❤
I've got the Stallion and the Colt.
They were some of the first models I ever chose for myself as a kid.
I named the Stallion Phantom and the Colt Black Beauty❤

@BecksCreations Sure is. But It's harder to remember names now as my collection is over 100 horses. Still intend to grab a few of the 2024 models though. Especially that Friesian Stallion!
You're so lucky to have gotten the boxed set! I remember seeing the scenery packs in the store and I feel so bad for not getting them when I had the chance. I would like to point out that they were actually released in 2005, Schleich used to print the year prior on their models to when they were actually released, although I'm not sure if they still do that since I don't have any of the newest releases in my collection yet

I’m trying to get more retired Schleich cuz more than half of my collection is I have the foal from my great grandparents and I have two of the paint shetlands oh and also the old Schleich packing is worse than Breyer and that’s hard to do💀
Haha if it had a plastic cover it would be better, but this packaging was literally open to the elements! 😭

eBay definitely has the widest selection of retired Schleich, but you can also sometimes find them brand new on Amazon if you look hard enough, and Happy Hen Toys has a retired Schleich section on their website. I recommend searching lots of sites for the best prices. 🩷 @@KLO_Barrelracing
