Teams should get a small equipment room at each field. A couple million and you can keep simple stuff at all other stadiums like face masks, helmets, winter clothes, apparel, etc.

Charlton Boy some players like the jerseys a certain way. The ones placed directly on the pads are based on whether the player likes that tightness or feel of the jersey

that's a great idea for teams within your division, but for others, it's to infrequent especially teams from the opposite conference.
