We are paying for mistakes of all government in office since the time we discovered crude oil. Crude oil discovery set Nigeria off the track . We have been doing very well in all the regions, and all the regional heads have been using their cash crops to run their regions. The southwest did exceptionally well, they even had free education for their people, which benefited other indigenes of other region as well. The southwest had a television station before some European countries,. That's how focus and articulate our leaders were in those days.

Buhari said he is not for anybody but for every body, some set of Nigerians were happy with that statement thinking he was going to hit tinubu hardly but rather it was Nigerias' economy that was hit. today the same set of people kept insulting tinubu. if we cant respect ourselves our children will suffer the most from such disunity.

The fact is Tinubu not interested or concerned about cutting the cost of governance. Prior to this administration there has been a Public called to cut cost of governance. But Tinubu assumed office, instead of reducing already bloated Ministries he met on ground, he even go on to create yet more Ministries…and that simply tells his character. So talking about cutting cost now is kind of forcing his hand because that is not his style. His pattern is to share anything and everything shareable with his clicks

@emmanuelatai8563 why would it be difficult? You only assume it would be difficult because most Nigerians want to work in an office in the big cities, just sitting around doing nothing and collecting a paycheck at month's end. It is simple economics sense, cut all the unproductive civil servants. All those affected should relocate to the villages and pick-up farming. Farmland is even free in rural Nigeria. This is what I have been telling the Buhari die hard apologetics. Buhari's government who were economic illiterates destroyed the economy of this nation and Tinubu came to inherit it.

Haba Hon. sir. Weren't you one of Buhari's major advocates and supporters? When did you discover that Buhari destroyed our economy? Where were you when the GEJ govt. tried to effect subsidy removal (albeit haphazardly egged on by the Babangida Aliyus who were more interested in sharing what had already been budgeted for?)

This is simply the absolute truth. Buhari could have faced the refineries for 8 years, removed the subsidy; then Tinubu comes in to face forex and power supply and thus increase manufacturing. The result would have been more exportation and value for the Naira.

and Buhari paid for the Mistakes of his predecessors, and his Precessor paid for his own predecessor, dey play, everybody wants to talk and entertain, All politicians have sinned and come short of confidence of the Nigeria, no one should pick out anyone. When you had the opportunity to serve your people, that village you came from did you turn that place to a mini abroad?, did you make effort to bring at least 20 hours of light, good water, attract good road, attract business that is still keeping people employed from that place, relief burden.

Well I completely disagree with him on this aspect there is personal sentiment towards the man administration why history from the time of return to democracy is not revisited again, Yes Emefiele he didn't check as CBN governor for his good eight years of his administration. He must bear in mind Buhari is not Economist bought the element he allowed in Apex contribute to some of his woes. The sales of most of government assets among the politicians themselves where something the things we are suffering today like refineries they refused to pursued.
