Just saw your content now...i have a question I Noticed when I step on my brakes my brakes lights don't switch on instead my 3rd brake light on switches on... Checked my Fuses And They All In Good Shape Might It He The Brake Light Switch?

No it can't be the switch because the 3rd brake light is working. if none of them were working I would say its the switch. Check the wiring plug on back of the light might be burnt out or maybe you have the wrong bulb in it.

To be honest it has to be that. Or you might have put a wrong bulb on. Another thing is after replacing the switch turn car off leave it for about 2 mins then start it up should be ok car needs to learn the new sensor

I never replaced any bulb the issue is brake lights are always on so it can't be the bulbs so I bought a new switch from goldwagen and installed it and I did wait like u advised but still even today the problem has not being fixed I'm driving with brake lights always on, mine is not a TDI its a 1.4 CLP engine
