Do y'all an exercise video? Had my surgery 3-1/2 weeks ago. I feel I can do MUCH MORE than the PT is having me do. I am doing GREAT. L5-S1 fusion, do have some very little left leg numbness & pain, but doing Great I am even at work after 3 weeks!!!

Is this for any spinal surgery? I am facing a cervical laminectomy... How long is recovery? How long is the procedure?
