They recently released a professional live concert version of this. Adam is amazing! Their " Listen to the Music " also shows off his talent. Thanks for the Home Free reactions! Their " Skull and Bones "makes me melt. LoL.

Since you like the game Black Flag, you should check out their original sea shanty, Skull and Bones. This Sea Shanty Medley, went viral back during the lock down and Ubisoft was so impressed with them they contacted Home Free and asked if they would write an original sea shanty for their game Skull And Bones. Chance being the sea shanty lover of the group jumped at the chance to write an original shanty which Ubisoft revealed at the summer game fest. There are two versions of this online, the longer lyrics version and the shorter live version at the game fest. There is a professionally recorded Live version of them performing this Sea Shanty Medley which you should also check out. Great reactions.

Love Home Free. They have such great harmonies. Chance (red hat, you were right!), came up with the shanty. It went viral. Ubisoft, the game maker, came to Chance and asked him to write a shanty for their new game Skull and Bones. So you should check that out. If you want to hear more from Chance try Helplessly Hoping, I Can’t Outrun You, Yours. They’re tremendously talented men. 😍😃

Thanks for your reaction! How good are these guys? The fun & energy in this is infectious. This was done during quarantine so none of the guys were even together. The editing of this was great & was done in the Tik Tok style. Love all the guys parts, with Tim's rumbling bass underlying it all. And Adam's beatboxing is phenomenal as always including sea swells & castanets. Amazing how he increased the tempo from one song to another.
They are a amazing group of artists and we are really vibung with them

Ubisoft heard their Sea Shanty Melody and loved it and approached them with an opportunity to write a shanty for Skull And Bones video game they are releasing.Chance loves sea shanties and everything to do with the sea and loves gaming he jumped at this amazing opportunity.They did a Lyric video and sang a shorter version live at Ubisoft Live Premiere.A lot of reactors do both the lyric and live in the same reaction because the live is much shorter and you get to see who is doing what😊🍟

There's a live video just dropped a bit ago! The crowd was awesome, done in Mankato, Minnesota. Hometown of Adam Rupp, beatboxer extraordinaire, December of last year. COLD, -5 snow, wind. Blizzards, snow drifts, they made it through.

Skull & Bones was written by Chance, you can do the lyric video or the live version at the Ubisoft (game company that commissioned the song by Chance) I like the live version because Tim & Chance really go sub-harmonic in the 1st few notes before Chance takes over the lead....warning ** there are instruments (guitar & mandolin) in Skull & Bones

You just missed being able to see them live. They were just in the UK at the end of September. They are suppose to be back in 2024. They put on a wonderful show. There is a live professional recording of them singing this medley at a very large venue that lets you hear how great they are live. Please check it out. Great reaction!

HF did a lot of videos during quarantine. They are all very good, and their video editor worked overtime - Watch Meet in the Middle, for example. They were each provided with audio equipment, and most, if not all, of them were filmed on their phones. They put so much effort into making sure their fans had new content. From Between when they landed after fleeing Europe on March 12, through Nov 6, 2020 they recorded and released 14 videos, and recorded 5 (or 6 - One Voice?) more that were released after the first of the year - Not counting the Christmas special they did and the 6 videos from those songs - but they were done in the studio.

To bad you didn't do their live version of this , it just came out just a fews weeks back. Skull and Bones is an original song written by Chance. It's amazing, suggestions Butts Remix/Medley, Snap Back, Good Ole Boy Good Time. Have fun enjoying your reactions

Chance is the one that brought Sea Shantys to the rest of the group and the one who wrote Skull and Bones. Chance definitely deserves to be in this fantastic group. Did you hear Ruppster's castanets in Santiana?

For a complete change of pace you guys should view their beautiful cover of Dire Straits Brothers in Arms. Their beatboxer joins in to create 5 part harmonies that will send chills over you as well as tears. Their bass singer Tim takes the lead in this one.

Yes, Hillbillies vs Zombies -- Survivor is really the nearest thing to Halloween-themed music that Home Free sings. Voice Play is the go-to for Halloween. (Hide And Seek featuring Lauren Paley sung by either Voice Play or The Bass Gang is a good one. Lauren sang with both groups for this song.) And I agree; Brothers In Arms should be saved for Remembrance Day (Veterans Day in the US) on or near 11 November. It's a Dire Straits cover. Haunting. One of HF's masterpieces.

Skull and Bones was appropriate for Halloween. They were dressed as sailors. Rob as more of a Great Lakes version. Chance was dressed like Bill Murray in "The Life Aquatic". Austin was dressed as Sinbad the Sailor.

There are two guys named Adam in the group. Adam Rupp is the beatboxer and he and his brother Chris were the founders. Chris left the group several years ago and recommended Adam Chance as his replacement. They call him Chance to avoid confusion. The bass is Tim Faust, though Chance is a baritone who is also a good bass singer, though not nearly as naturally deep a voice as Tim. Rob Lundquist is the bearded Teddy Bear. The high tenor, long-haired Georgia country boy is Austin.Brown. I loved their Covid video called 'Quarantine'. You need to listen to this again to appreciate Adam (the beatboxer) making the sound of castanets.

Sea Shanties werent just pirate songs, most seamen would sing them. During quarantine they put out a new video every other week and they have continued ever since. Meet In The Middle is not watched much but it is very cleverly done, their latest is Life Is A Highway
