In my opinion PAWS is worse than the acute. The acute is way more intense, but it has a much more fixed time table and once you’re over the peak you can notice improvements almost every day. With PAWS it isn’t as intense but it wears you down over time and it’s way harder to see your progress because the trend to getting better is much more up and down and gradual. It’s a long desert of feeling next to no pleasure from anything, getting almost no quality sleep and having no idea if it’s going to take 6 months or two whole years to go away.

Couldn't have said it better... PAWS also can last YEARS after stopping your D.O.C.

So your saying treat opiate paws by going on suboxone which has the longest paws duration of all??

Your tolerance will be gone. If you run back to the opioids youll run the risk of death. Even if you were using 2 or 3 grams a month ago. 7
