this video is perfect timing cause i can’t tread at all right now & it just confirmed my suspicions that i needed to start stretching my hip flexors & work on mobility a lot more often.

Thanks for doing these videos Brian and the ones ready gang! I made the decision to become a cone beginning off 2022 after I finish conditioning this year.

1 hour and 8 minutes in just hit me.
I’m actually currently involved with the development program (approaching my third session), and I do find it a little stressful when it comes to workouts. Not the intensity or the difficulties of the workout, but just the fact that you feel like you’re being timed, tested, analyzed and compared.
I do understand this is the norm when it comes to the pipeline, it’s just new I’ve been told I’ll get used to it but I can’t help but notice it zaps SOME of the fun/stress relief out of working out 😅
I’d appreciate your thoughts on this subject Ones Ready!

I saw this request on another video. They mentioned they did have a SAR Corpsmen (Actually called SMT). It's different from SARC but here is the link: czcams.com/video/SdytcOsG4KE/video.html
Here's a link to the different Navy corpsmen ATF specialties: www.cnrc.navy.mil/eToolbox/assets/rads/011-0516.pdf
General Discharge also has a good SARC v. PJ overview video: czcams.com/video/L0gbZZUMWdM/video.html

Can’t do egg bedders to save my life. Going to try those essential oil’s to see if it helps. Great episode on pre and after work out methods.

      We have multiple rucks...
Eberlestock F5 switchblade for day hikes.
Eberlestock F3 Halftrack for multi-day overnight trips.
My son wants a ruck for training purposes, like is used in selection.
We have purchased other equipment per, Brian’s Be A PJ workout recommendations.
      The Alice ruck is mentioned...
Just curious if this what’s currently used?

@@jarradphillips2218 The Alice ruck is used but maybe take it easy for a 14 year old. His body is still growing and you dont want to stunt him in any way. I would do more research regarding training in his age group.

I'm sure things have changes since I was a kid, but the recommendation was to stay below 20-25% of body weight (so if you weigh 100 pounds, your pack should be 25 pounds or less; 150 lbs should be 37.5 lbs or less, etc.).
