Just completed 1800 km on my bought-from-new Pegasus and I love it! Can’t see what the fuss is about regarding vibration, but then again, I have been riding British bikes for the past 55 years! Thank you India! You’ve got it spot on with this Enfield 500 system! Shukria from England! 😈🇬🇧👍🏻 PS: Subscribed!
Didn't realise how big Royal Enfield is. Great to see hand built engineering, makes a change from robots. It also shows that India is up there with the best bike makers and is turning out a popular range. Thanks Noraly for your contribution.
Brilliant 👍 I used to ride a 350cc Bullet in Goa and Loved every minute of it.. I now own a 500cc Classic 😎 Thanks to everyone for keeping the Beast Alive 👍👍
I love Royal Enfield ..... Workers are so much concern of their responsibility ..... It's really amazing...... What a great quality work ..... Thanks all you guys who make my another GF - A Royal Enfield 💋😍
I love that they are keeping the man-machine interaction spirit alive. If someday I own a bike, I would definitely choose the one that's handmade over the one made by machine.
Hey marketing department, there is lady who is promoting your Himalayan model more than you do. Her name is Noraly, and she has a vlog called itchy boots, please check it out. She has done a mostly positive reviews after 10km, 20km, and 30 km. She has done more for to promote your bikes than you guys do. The least that your company could do is sponsor her. Breakout those check books, you wont be sorry.

I've just bought a Classic 500. I love the way these bikes look. Looking forward to putting some miles under its wheels. Factory looks nice and clean and modern. I'd love to visit the factory and see them being assembled for real.
I'm very happy with my chrome classic........I can't believe how quiet the factory is no talking no music. As proud as India seems to be of their Enfields I assumed the employees would be happier .........
My father gave me a 1970 interceptor 736 cc . Did have a vibration problem. Both pistons going up and down at the same time. Expected. Pistons at the same height in the cylinders going up and down in unison. Made the bike dance across the pavement on warm up. Or start up. Hard to kick over to hard starter. The bike had 14000 miles on it when my father gave it to me. My father didn't take very good care of it let it set for some time and it froze up. Had to do some work on it. But I got to ride it. Nice bike to ride. Looked good to.
It's clear from the footage, the company works on policy of making shining things.. The time units spend in paint shop is remarkably higher than that of fitting shops.
Proportion in footage doesn't necessarily reflect the proportional time given on every activity. Rrason minght be to make video interesteting for the viewers, as nit everybody is interested in seeing things at granular level. Think by yourself that, does painting/finishing activities really be taking less time compared to producing sophisticated engine?
exactly. and its evident in the end product. shitty vibrating bikes that break down every 100 kms or so. buying an RE was the worst decision of my life. never again
@@araibirshad8294 Hey, it's not the same engine they had in 80s, pls check. It's design makes it different from other bikes, liking & disliking is a subjective matter. But still If you consider practical aspects, research about it's fuel economy, it is almost double than any other bike if same power.
@@piyushgupta4801 The age of the design is not a factor. The poor quality control is. They probably make the twin in a different factory. I've heard of gearbox selector flaws, faulty sprag clutches, dodgy wiring, appalling valve to guide clearances, broken spokes. That's all fairly recent; but they'll be pensioning off this engine soon. Lets see if the next engine is the same quality as the twins.
I m proud owner of Royal Enfield... best bike ever till now...feel like King while riding... those who don't know what is proud means....please b keep quite.....unki aukaat nai bullet ki savari kerne ki
Right from starting till 7:40 , It's already quite lengthy paint process , so I don't think we need any further protection such as after market lamination , coatings and all 👍

We get money for making are you mad?
Im very satisfied with my royal enfield bullet 2017, 20000km,nothing wrong, i liked the overall quality.
Maintenance cost per year bro?
I love that they are keeping the man-machine interaction spirit alive. If someday I own a bike, I would definitely choose the one that's handmade over the one made by machine.
Amazing! Looks like utter chaos but somehow all those people manage to fit the right parts in the correct places and produce a bike that works.
Sometimes. Law of averages.
Nice to see RE uses the "kanban" Japanese method of making the line go slow so there's far less mistakes. Slow is good in manufacturing.

That just means they’re focused. At the Chrysler factory I used to work at we were all too busy to talk.
I have to say this about Royal Enfield is they are creating alot of jobs for folks. More than I can say about GM,Ford or Fiat/Chrysler.
