Midori and Miyako play this near the end of a 2 hour shredfest for their regular concerts
Yes. They're playing it live as "touring" musicians. Of course, some pro musicians started out this way when they were 7, 8, 9, etc. Lisa-X for instance started out a 7-year old doing covers on CZcams. She's doing okay now. Maybe some day this guy will get a spot in a band and tour somewhere. He's right about where Lisa was at 9 or 10.
Yeah, Midori & Miyako are absolute monster players, hell the whole band are top level musicians.
Even more impressive: they also write their own music and perform 1,5 hrs concerts in high heels too boot!
I dunno what they put in the water over in Japan, but there's an entire scene of the all-female rock/ metal bands, who are made up of super skilled musicians.
Holy shit that went hard. Not really familiar with this band but I will be looking into them, this fuckin' slaps. Power metal melodies but super aggressive thrashy riffs? Right up my alley.

The two ladies playing guitar for Lovebites are incredible shredders, and whats even more impressive is Miyako didn't start playing guitar until she was 18 and Midori at 20.

found this band cuz of the scream for me video, went to their show today in london, both midori and miyako shred fucking hard, tho sometimes it's hard to hear miyako's guitar
If you are closeby, and in left side (stage right), then for sure it is hard to hear Miyako, because her sound comes from the other side. In large stage it does not matter that much, but in small venues it is a bit of issue. If you were in other side, it would be harder to hear Midori.
Idk if this band tours in EU but I hope one day I can see them shred this hard live

They just finished a small EU tour & played also at some festivals.
According to an interview with Asami & Midori ( vocalist/ guitar player), they had lots of fun and want definitely come back for more live shows in the future, maybe next year.
