This was a very difficult list to compile and I have no doubt they'll be a lot of quality horses that people will feel should be here that aren't.
Who's the best? I'm sure most will say Frankel. The other likely main contenders would be Ribot, Sea Bird II, Nijinsky, Brigadier Gerard, Mill Reef, Shergar, Dancing Brave & Sea the Stars.
Frankel is the best I've seen in my time. The rest of my top 10 would be, in no particular order, Nashwan, Dayjur, Generous, Peintre Celebre, Dubai Millenium, Montjeu, Sea The Stars, Enable & Treve.
