BMW E36 Blower Fan Works on High Only?

How to repair the blower motor fan when it is only working on the highest setting.
The video was recorded in portrait mode instead of landscape by accident.

Hello, my fan is not working on level 3, all other leves are working....when i change from 2 to 3 there is no difference, or when i turn from 4 to 3...what could that be?

Most likely the blower fan resistor...
