Galaxy Note 5: How to Factory Reset Back to Original Settings

I show you how to factory reset your Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Remember... You will lose all personal data such as photos, videos, downloaded apps, etc. So make sure you do a backup before you factory reset if you want to save your personal data.

Very nice video but I have a warning for everyone. Once you reset the phone if you don't know your Google email and password you will never use your phone again without going through 3 or 4 days of BS being passed from Samsung to Verizon to Asurion to Google. I just don't understand how when I pay Verizon for the phone and I pay Verizon for the monthly service why Google can lock my phone and not allow me in it anymore. I never signed up for Google to be in-charge of my phone.
