    That's a great one Violet. Please, how is single breath techniques done? U said something about holding breathe but I don't know for how long? Pls help.

      Breathe in slowly for 2-3 seconds and hold the breath for approximately 10 seconds, then remove the spacer from the mouth before exhaling slowly through pursed lips

    Goodday what i want to know after you have finish administering the medication to the patient do you gel hands put on gloves tell the invigilator that yu will clean with soap and water and leave to dry for next use

    Please how do i know the APIE and skills for old OSCE, though am watching all your videos about OSCE, but i want to know the old OSCE more, but I can't differentiate the two, e.g I watch your video on A -E Assessment is it new or old OSCE.

    The new checklist says we should administer steroids first in case a bronchodilator and steroid are prescribed.
    My question is after giving one medication if they are different, do you have to clean the spacer and MDI?

      Did u watch this video,because the inhaler was shaken for 2 to 5 secs before attaching it to the spacer device according to the marking criteria
