Still one of my favorite QB's...one of the reasons' I became a fan as a kid (other reason was Herm). Chad had character, leadership and intellect. Wish his body didn't fail him but alas...everything happens for a reason.

@@HarrisonHollers I believe he coaches his kids team. But yea, I'm surprised he isn't doing it at the NFL level. Maybe when his kid is in college he'll move up the coaching ranks himself

@@jackmehoff7311 2x rotator cuff yeah. Had a procedure after 2004. Then again after 2005. By 2006 Chad never had his old arm strength. He never had great arm strength but out of Marshall it was an NFL arm and he could make all the throws. But he still managed to be highly successful with his intelligence and his accuracy. Loved Chad

I remember the Jets back when they drafted Chad and had Vinny on the bench. With Curtis Martin and Wayne Chrebet to name a few others on the offense. They were dam good then.

If you watch the slow motion of the 2nd TD you can see the touch he put on the ball.
One of the best Jets of all time, the one Jets player I loved watching. If you don’t know Pennington, you didn’t get the chance to see an awesome performance 💯💯💯

Had great touch and accuracy, not a huge arm and injury prone...but overall a good QB.

Jets were a steady playoff team thru the 2000's. Chad, John & Donnie Abraham, Mawae, Martin, Coles. Imagine if Revis would've been drafted just a few years earlier. Maybe they would've made it farther than the wild card round.

Coles, Cotchery, Baker the Jets haven't had receivers that good in years. Hopefully, Saleh and Douglas addressed that these last two years with Moore, Mims, Crowder, Herndon, Yeboah, Cole, and Corey Davis. Give our new shiny QB Wilson some targets.

@@griffkim211 I was too young to see Cotchery and Coles, but Marshall and Decker are one of the most insane duos I have ever seen. Brandon had 1,500 receiving yards and Decker cracked 1,000 in 2015. Fitz had a sence to give them the ball and it worked, that’s why it was fun watching them because you knew the ball was going to go to one of those guys that year.Definitely my favorite pair of Jet receivers. Corey Davis looks promising to crack about 1,000 yards maybe more this year, with the way he played against Carolina,
