I'm 18 and I'm getting deeply interested in spirituality since few months ,I always was a person with zero attachments with the materialistic things or desires related to the same,but I never knew that this could lead me towards the greatest path of life that is sprituality✨ I always believe in putting my energy and thoughts into becoming a better version of myself .before entering into spirituality I always used to feel like I've got a brain but now I feel like a HUMAN,I never knew I hold so much emotions within me,I never knew I'm so sensitive

I realised that I don't have to work so hard. I quit, and started giving time to myself and PPL around me. I love meditation with Monica Sehgal's Smiles team. I remain with my body, breath and mind for 2-3 hours. I m loving it and my life has completely changed. I teach a child of my maid. I feel that I don't need so many things, whatever I have is enough for next 100 years. I love saying thank you to each of my body part for being healthy and fearless. HE is so gracefully reflecting on me. I am thankful to KRISHNA for enlightening and showing me the path, He does everything that's good for me. Thank you..
In this navratri my biggest problem got a solution..which me n my family had not expected..my husband and my kids now firmly believe in God's power..i just pray God be with us always

I am 78 now I am a introvert like to sit & dhyan esply shakti upasak I get happiness with that. Its a lonely but peaceful journey, been through all of this, i feel content within myself now and healed my traumas. The most tough part was disassociation and detachments, shedding off the past-self.

This morning l was reflecting on my life at the ripe age of 73. I have been meditating since l was 24 and met lots of Spiritual people who have been guiding me and l am so Grateful to everyone of them. 1. I have started seeing angel numbers.
2. Sometimes I am getting downloads in my dreams. I suddenly wake up and it’s 3am or 4.30am.
3. I have switched more towards simple and vegetarian food, although haven’t given up on non vegetarian food but am not enjoying it like earlier.
4. Have made new friends, some of them are spiritual.
5. Intuitions have become stronger. Can sense negativity.
6. Became more aware of my thoughts and stopped victim mentality. Have started accepting people in life are for a reason.
7. Am attracted to crystals but don’t know from where to fetch them😅

Very often when I am in nature, a sudden quietness descends on me and i feel she is speaking to me. HI, thank you so much for sharing this video with us. I truly appreciate it. Most of these things i've felt this way since I was a kid but could never make out the meaning behind it. But from a year or two i've been going through this spiritual awakening phase which is of course very lonely for a person like me who comes from a background where people don't believe in supernatural/psychic world and would call you stupid to believe in these synchronocities. It was started when i started studying Astrology and Numerology professionally and i had cut off from everyone, stopped hanging out with friends, restaurants & clubs seem meaningless to me as it was not adding to my growth. I had this routine of being silent in the first few and last few hours of the day. I had started to enjoy sitting under the sun and moon and realised how much healing energies they carry within themselves, to reading yogic books and eating only fresh homely made meals and most importantly a good water intake.. hope someone can relate and connect to this so they know they're not alone

The nine points are definitely something which I connect to. I feel like inwardly calm but restless and eager to experience Divine union. This world seems like a beautiful illusion and I feel constantly like I am learning, relearning and unlearning. All 9...it all started 2-3 months ago and I am on this path right now. It feels great knowing that I am doing something right and towards spiritual awakening. I wasn't a spiritual or religious person before but a few months ago I started to draw towards all these and read, watch, and research the real and right way to approach the GOD, and its been amazing ever since. I believe helping others{Humans, animals, Environment} is the right way to live and know yourself. that's it.

I teared up watching this video cause I resonated with all 9 points. It did not happen overnight , it started around November last year after a meditation retreat by the beach. The transition has been so intense these past 6 months to a point that i am amazed and shock I’ve become this person that’s listening to chanting of mantras instead of party songs etc. I was exposed to a lot of spirituality, seva, nature and meditation as a child but got lost in the middle and hit rock bottom in all aspects of my life last year. Now it all makes sense !

Yes 8 points resonate with me. Though I never got anything easily but after my Mothers death ,though a lonely and obstacle filled journey . I have become a better ,wiser person and in tune with God and Universe and very grateful to God for everything and always trying to help others who have a problem ,a better version of myself and ready to face the grim realities of life with positivity.

Seeing synchronicities, angel numbers, getting answers to my questions from universe, losing people, eating right and less(yogic way) Being connected to nature, not watching movies or any web series,rather watching youtube videos like this which enhance my knowledge, meditating and reading regularly, journaling and doing things mindfully. And the biggest addition is that /I am aware of my thoughts too now. I keep check on my thoughts and patterns.
While I was writing this comment I was in gonna say that I am not meeting new people who'll guide me and walk with me on this spiritual journey but then suddenly, a thought pops up in my mind that "its not necessary to meet people in physical realm only. Coming across people in the virtual and electronic world is also the same." So Thank you Ma'am ! This was the your first video that I watched!!!
