- Anti-frag layer made from at least 8 layers of fabric and PU foam.

Nechci kecat ale SS109 se zelenou špičkou neni armor piercing. To je střela s černou, což pro civilní trh asi nebude. Zelená je kombinace ocel/olovo. Nicméně good job, vypadá, že to fakt drží :)

What kind of pu foam did you use was it expanding foam and is that what you used as the adhesive to glue the fabric to the plate

@@jansafarik4977 Díky Díky super díval jsem se a má ještě otázka (tloušťka v cm stačí) to poslední video o testu střepin rozhodlo o nákup, s armoxem a hardoxem jsme se setkali v průmyslu u vyvařování bioplynových stanic a jejich podavačů násypky měli kolem 2 cm tloušťku - jedině jeřáb to dával čili pancíř .. :-) nenapadlo, že bych do toho mohl začít střílet..ale pokud je to funkční je mi jedno od koho to je a ty peníze, to je to samé jako máme repelenty, civilní firmy to předražují a přitom to jde jinak a lépe...takže fandím pánové :-) a objednám v průběhu května. :-)

@@jansafarik4977 Could you shot to Hardox 500 by armour piercing? Would be more obiective test. I didn't see any test of Hardox 500, 6mm with armour piercing 5,56. Anyway great job. My idea is to use PET bottle foil from cutted bottle instead of kevlar. The foil placed in layers is very durable. I mean about something like waffle.

I just tested Hardox 450/8mm. Nothing will penetrate it, but it's 4,8kg. How can we achieve the same protection, but at a lower weight?
Also, we need to laminate our plates. If you could provide some instructions it would be very much appreciated.
@@mortarboss in the newest video, the rounds didn't penetrate the first plate which is only 3mm. Im selling plates at 6.35mm so nothing should penetrate like what you've found
